I have never ever written a review, but these guys brought my blood to a boiling point so here it goes: I wish I could give 0 stars to this company! Ive been parking at the same spot for over 5 years at my work now. And all of the sudden one day I walk on to a ticket on my windshield for the price of $73.50 in Coquitlam. Yes in Coquitlam! I mean I got my car towed once and I only paid $80 in downtown Vancouver! Found out these guys are in operation in Coquitlam now!!! Anyways I called them up and tried to explain the situation. She said I cant do anything about it and I have to pay. I said well how can I appeal this? She said you just tried on the phone, and it didnt work! The person over the phone was very very rude to a point it made me to ask for her supervisor and she said that her supervisor is not on her desk! I asked if I can call back and she said she doesnt know when she comes back. I dont understand! Who operates this company? They just go about and steal your money in daylight and nobody says anything? Im not letting go of this! Trust me!

Worst customer service and business EVER. My husband and me parked in one of their lots and went to the machine to pay one hour parking and we put in one debit catd and it didnt deny it but didnt say it went through either so we put in another debit card and it said how long we had and said please remove card but I receipt printed off and so we inserted it again so we could at least take a picture that we inserted our card and then 35 minutes later after eating a quick lunch there was a ticket in the windshield. We emailed them the picture we had and talked to a supervisor and she was very rude and says its our responsibility if paper didnt print off to find a attendant in the lot or phone then to verify it. We were actually concerned we might have been charged a couple times but now we have a ticket fir 73.50. I told them they could pull their cameras and it will show us clearly trying to make s payment and they says they have no cameras, yeah right. Its like they are lurking in the bushes waiting to write tickets.

I only clicked one star in this review because it wouldnt let me post without clicking at least one...my preference would have been zero stars... Was waiting at clinic in Glenmore, Kelowna, BC...for daughters appt and prescription to be filled...there is a sign in clear view in the clinic stating that patients should report tickets issued in lot...got a ticket...provided proof of receipts from drug store ...told to pay...I responded with a disgruntled comment regarding the clinic signage - indicating I still didnt think I should pay the ticket...no response from Diamond - finally I wrote again wanting some resolution - still feeling like I shouldnt have to pay... got a snotty response from Diamond - basically FU pay the ticket...now its 21 more due to the lack of response in a timely manner... believe me - its not the money - its the principle - dont charge patients parking fees when there is a clearly marked sign in the clinic saying they wont be!! Use some manners in your responses Rip off - total rip off

For Christs sake, I come back to my car and a guy is writing me a ticket, I talk to him and ask where it says I shouldnt park but he dodges the question, but he takes the ticket away and says he will try and cancel it, so I get in my car and go away, later I get a late notice in the mail so I call them, extremely rude but I told them exactly what happened, they give me a email saying that the guy denied it and sent me pictures of my car with the ticket. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! These guys are the biggest crooks, thank god they cant actually do anything, id rather change my license plate then pay these ass hats.

Car parked in a Safeway Lot in Kits, ran in to Safeway for a bag of chips came out and had a ticket? Ignored it and got a letter, no phone number just an email address for questions. Sent email and got zero response. 3 weeks later got a final notice and threat to send to debt collector?? Finally looked up number phoned to complain and they cancelled the ticket, which wasnt valid anyway. Is this company just writing tickets in the hope people pay to avoid the bother. Will avoid their parking anytime I can. Treatment is disgusting I give them ZERO stars - would go lower if possible.

Worst company in the world. Setup shop in the Safeway parking lot. I went into Safeway for 20 minutes to do shopping, during the day and made the mistake parking at their stall. They gave me a ticket for $63! When I tried to explain that it was an honest mistake and was there to pickup a prescription for my son, and was less than 20 minutes and was willing to show the receipt, for my son, Diamond Parking was completely uncooperative and cold. These guys are quite a piece of work. Awful organization to deal with and greedy!

Went to the Surrey office to pay a parking fine. Fine was for $73-50. I paid with cash and gave the amount of $75-00 as I did not have the exact amount. I was told that they had no change and they are "not able to give me the $1-50 " which was due to me!!! So in actual fact I paid $75- 00 for a $73-50 fine I am sure if I had said to them, sorry I am $1-50 short to pay the fine , I would be sent a letter of demand. Such a rip off. An office accepting fine payments should absolutely have change on hand at all times.

Thieves ! Avoid parking in their lots. Parked in a 30 minute parking spot and went to see if I could buy some food, came back in 10 minutes and saw a ticket on my windshield. The appeal department is apparently a one-man show that denied to dismiss my ticket simply because I ended up not purchasing a food. We need more intelligent people running businesses.

Seriously the worst costumer service Ive ever dealt with tried to appeal my ticket got nothing but disrespect and the girl even hung up on me . Then proceeded to accuse me of walking to city hall when I was in the safeway but I have no receipt to prove it. Then they also claimed to have taken pictures of me . This place is nothing but a joke .

BOYCOTT, SCAM, FRAUD! NEVER PAY THE TICKET FROM DIAMOND PARKING. THEY CANT REALLY DO ANYTHING AND IT WONT AFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE IF YOU DONT PAY THEM. THEY NEVER DISPUTE A TICKET EVEN IF YOU DID NOT DO ANYTHING. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ASSHOLES!
