This place is just Awesome and provides Exceptional Service. I would recommend anyone wanting to fix their vehicle go to this place and meet with Mike. His great guy and knows how to treat his customers. I got into a MVA and went to Able auto body prior to Columbia Collisions. The staff there told me they will send the estimate to icbc and will call me. 2 weeks went by no response and when I called them to find out whats happening they said they too busy and cant fix my car for another few weeks. At least a phone call to update me would have been nice ! They basically wasted my 2 weeks & I was scared to drive my car. I called Columbia Collisions they took me in right away and got rental for me. My car was fixed in no time & they detailed it. My car looked like brand new. It was fixed beyond my expectations & looked so nice & clean. They were so efficient and did amazing job ! Im so pleased I chose them them to fix my car. Thank you so much Columbia Collisions

Pros: Did good work. Mike and the staff were friendly. Cons: Rental car smelled like old lady and did not come close to matching my car. The repairs took a week including the weekend, but they told me it would take three days. They said they had the wrong part delivered. When I called Mike about my car wondering what was going on, he twice said hed call me back and never did. A delaying tactic. Id have appreciated it if he had been more straightforward with me.

Considering I ended up at your place due to unfortunate circumstances of a damaged vehicle. I was very impressed with kind care that was given to me, I really appreciated the fact that your staff took the time to explain the various choices available to me with OEM and aftermarket parts along with the balanced opinion of Pros & Cons of both. I am very happy with the outcome of my repair job, I will not hesitate recommending your shop to anybody.

Manager (Mike) was great to work with, the repair happened on schedule, they supplied a finer loaner car, and when I picked up my car the work done was top rate! They even matched the paint absolutely perfectly, not always an easy task. You cant tell where the damage had happened at all. Literally nothing to complain about - thanks guys!

Amazing customer service, super detailed job. I got my car broken into, the thief smashed in my window and bent the frame around it. My car smells and looks amazing! They detailed the whole interier and repainted my door. I am so happy with the outcome. Would recommend to anyone and definitely come back if my car needed repairs again!

I scraped my CR-V and had to fix it out of my pocket. I have been to different auto body shops and the estimation ranged from 1200 to 4000. Yeah, I know. 4000. Columbia collision was willing to fix my car for reasonable price and they did good job on it. Recommended!
