Our VW has been having problems for the last year even after bringing it to multiple shops they were never all fixed. We brought it to CarCraft with the list of issues and left it for a few days. I received a phone call with a breakdown of the costs involved and authorized the repairs. When we picked it up the car looked great and Kelly explained everything that had been fixed and the reasons. When the receipt was printed the rate was very reasonable considering all the work was done. If youre looking for a good, honest mechanic in Surrey Id highly recommend Kelly at Carcraft.

i m a foreign student mechanic at automotive training center and i did my practicum at carcraft auto repair shop , my advise to anyone reading this if you having a problem with your car just jump in your car and heads there or get some one to tow it there, they are professional, very honest and they do a super clean job, it was a very good opportunity for me to learn from their expertise even if it was for a short period but i can tell that a hyper super quality service is number 2 on their consideration after customer satisfaction which is on the top list

Absolutely clueless about electrical work. Stay away unless you want new brakes or basic oil change. I paid for 1.5 hours of diagnostics which led to wasting another $500 on repair that I didnt need and it did not fix anything only for the owner to tell me thats too bad so sad. After promising to get back to me with possible solutions for the still existing un-diagnosed problem 3 weeks earlier, Im still waiting for a phone call that will never come. Shady character to say the least.

Car Craft is by far the best repair shop Ive ever delt with. I have 2 carpet cleaning vans and my personal vehicle I bring. I have never felt ripped off, the staff Is straightforward and they are very accommodating when it comes to getting the job done fast. Give them a try for sure!
