Very dissatified!! From their follow-up call, I was told my vehicle would be ready by Wed afternoon but due to my schedule I arranged the following day--yesterday (Thu). I arrived around 11am but my car wasnt ready by the time. Initially they didnt locate it and found unfinished. Some parts were not re-attached and their own notes for repair remained on the sides. No phone call to inform the delay. I was told it would need another a couple of hours to be ready. With patience, I left asking to call me once ready. Again no phone call until I called in to check at around 2:45pm. The worst things...poor jobs. When I checked my car, some parts like rear window (tailgate) rail, passenger window guard were not completely plugged in and tape residuals still remained in window edges. Moreover, edges of painted areas were not smooth, rugged (good thing...they are in not much visible area and covered by the door), crome surface of tailgate rail were scratched. Wasted almost my whole day and left very disappointed.

I couldve given higher than 3 stars for replacing my damaged hood with a new one and for replacing my two front grilles with the colour that I wanted but no I cant because I had to come back again to have the hood properly aligned, the rubbing wiper arm fixed and have the scuffed air duct replaced. Also when I came to pick up the car for the first time after the initial repair, I signed the release form at the reception then got a surprise when I got to my car because an accessory was missing. Of course, I had to ask where was it, and the receptionist who asked me to sign the release form didnt know about it, so we had to go back to their office and ask what happened. Turned out it was being replaced (without letting me know beforehand) and had to wait for more than 3 weeks for the accessory to arrive.

Automation Frameworks

This place is more of painting shop rather than full body repair. They removed dents and painted it nicely but in order to drive vehicle safely on road, they need to understand that there are other aspects that need to be looked into after accident and not just dents/paints!! After you meet an accident, the only worse thing that can happen to you is you end up landing to this location for repair. I will give them full points for painting job though ! But even 1 star is too much for accident repair job.

Excellent work and would recommend this place for everyone to come and get their car fix. Service was very fast and everyone was very friendly. They brought my car in and washed and it then examined where the damaged was. It only took one day and it was done. They even fixed a damage on the rear bumper for free. When they took the car they gave me a rental car in place so i could use it for work too. When the car was fixed and ready they re washed and everything was perfect!
