If I could give a rating lower than 1 I would. I booked a party bus for 20 people for my 20th birthday on Friday. The bus came on time to pick us up, but within five minutes of driving I had an epileptic episode (a big seizure that made me unconscious for most of the night). Apparently after I passed out while some friends were consoling me, some of the guys on the bus got into a fist fight. Thats when the driver stopped the bus and kicked everyone off. My friend shouted for the driver to not kick us off because I couldnt move and was having a seizure and he said he didnt care. After my friends carried me off the driver drove off, leaving me lying in the grass in the middle of nowhere where I couldve possibly died. Now when I call Boss Limousines to get my money back they are refusing because #1 the boys that fought damaged a window brake (to which I said I would give the names and numbers of each boy involved in that fight so they can pay damages), #2 the driver had no clue I was having a seizure (even though 20 people told him and his response was "I dont care") and #3 the driver didnt know we had alcohol on the bus (EVEN THOUGH he saw every single person bring some sort of alcohol on and before I got on I asked him if it was okay that we all had alcohol and he just nodded his head. Now the company is trying to blame me for bringing alcohol on, EVEN THOUGH I had no clue that was a law to not have alcohol on a party bus and no one informed me (not when I booked the bus nor when we got on). They have also had my phone and wallet for two days and it wasnt until I called today to ask that they told me they had it, even though I called yesterday and they said they didnt have it. I am absolutely LIVID.

I had arranged BOSS limos for our wedding (end of April 2016), based on reviews I found online. Of everything I had to stress about that day, the limo was on the top of the list, since the driver had to make 7 different pickups/stops at precise timing. My friends had used a different limo company a few weeks earlier for my stag, and that car was really beat up. Couple that with our budget as it was a small wedding, I was tentative about everything. BOSS came through in every way. I worked via email and phone with Bassem and he delivered on every single promise. Prior, I found a clerical error on my contract and he quickly corrected it and sent the new version. His responses were always timely, friendly, and simple to deal with, and he clearly understood the need for organization, due to the number of stops we requested. The car was clean and absolutely stunning. Our driver Paul was incredible. He was well dressed, professional, kind, and made every single pickup/dropoff according exactly to the plan. We had an issue that could have resulted in a minor wedding disaster. During our reception first course, my new wife realized that she had left her speech in the limo, as it was scheduled to pick us up later in the night. I excused myself and called Bassem and he answered right away, even though it was a Sunday. I explained the situation and 2 minutes later, Paul called. He was on another job across town, and went out of his way to come back, and ended up delivering the speech in time. I cant tell you what that meant to us. Our service and the car were literally perfect, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Honestly, I will never consider another company for limo services...

I am not happy with the service because when I called customer service for BOSS LIMOUSINE I was asked to go online and fill out my personal information and give my credit card number before I even get to see the contract. No agreement and no terms and no conditions of exact service was even given to me before giving my credit card information. This is totally backwards. Normally online with any product you make your choices or slections of product you want first and then a price is quoted after your selection is amde and asks you if you agree to this price and then submit. I do not trust their service as it seems a bit hookey to me for this day and age. Come on BOSS get with the times and give me my contract to peruse to see what I get before I agree to your price.

Classy, Fabulous Service..The driver was welcoming upon my arrival at the YVR. He also went out of his way to accommodate my hectic schedule for the days I was in Vancouver. Although I made him pick and drop me off at numerous places throughout the lower mainland on very short notice, this company is one of my most used services while visiting the city. Thank you Boss Limos for all your services. I highly recommend anyone using this service, very reliable, comfortable and stylish as well as professional. Easy to find with its Boss logo, and easy to get a hold of for bookings because a lot of local businesses located in and around the city are well aware of this company. This limousine service truly made my transportation here in Vancouver beautiful. Im impressed!

Not one to normally write reviews but the service and quality of Boss Limos on the night of my birthday was top-notch. Not only were we able to book a limo with only a few days notice, we got a great deal compared to what other local companies were charging. We were just happy that we were getting a limo, but when a sparkling white stretch SUV limo showed up we were beyond thrilled. It was very clean and the driver was so sweet and charming. He really seemed to enjoy his job and made our whole experience so pleasant. I would definitely recommend Boss limos to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty. Excellent customer service and a beautiful ride.

I recently rented a limo for the night from boss limousines for transportation to a concert and there service was amazing and unforgettable ! The driver was very kind and flexible with pick up drop off times and the interior of limo was gorgeous and clean , complete with an amazing sound system so my friends and I could blast are music and there were TV screens playing videos all around us ! The driver at the end of the night was right in time and brought us all tons of complimentary water which was so thoughtful ! I would most definitely suggest boss limousines to any of my friends and family for exceptional service and treatment !

We booked Boss limousines for my cousins Bachelorette party. This was during snowmageddon and we were all more than a little concerned about the commute that night. Everyone at boss limousine, from the owner Bassem, to our driver Parm were very professional and patient in answering all of our questions and reassuring us. Parm got us to where we needed to go in a safe and timely manner. He was courteous and on time both at the beginning and end of the night. Boss limousine is known for their excellent service, and I would definitely recommend them as I have experienced their it firsthand.

My friends and I had the pleasure of renting a limo from Boss Limousines. We had a couple of bad experiences from other limo companies but Boss limousines was AMAZING. The limo was on time and took us from Langley to Downtown. The limousine was beautiful inside and out. The driver was very professional and very knowledgable about the newest reasturants and the kinds of places we were looking to go to. I was very satisfied with my experience and would refer Boss Limousines to anyone that is looking for great service and dependability. Keep up the good work Boss Limousines!!!!
