The Most Shady Rip off artists Ive ever met in my life .I baught a car here about 5 months ago the car came with a 1 year warranty drivetrain well my car has been in the shop that this dealship uses there shop is Called BUTCHES BRAKE & MUFFLER 2 LOCATIONS ONE IN SURREY AND THE OTHER IN ABBOTSFORD .My car has been in there shop since I baught my car Ive driven it a total of a month mabey all together , Get this , !!!!so after driving my car about 2 1/2 weeks my clutch whent on me so I called the dealership they told me to get it to butches that they would take a look and that before I purchased my car they had installed a new clutch so that it would be covered under that warranty so they had my car for about 2 weeks with no curtesy car nothing they never even called me once the whole time I had to call them so I finially got my car back about 2 weeks later it whent again the exzact same way as the first time . So I called them and they told me to bring it in so I did costing me tow truck money etc etc once again I never got one phone call from them I called them at the shop they told me that they could not fix my clutch this time because there warranty people( LUK) said that it was abuse by me on my clutch so they would not cover it this time .So I new it was not rite what they were doing they were taking advantage of me the dealership did nothing to help me , so my car sat there for about 3 days while I had to come up with$$ 1800.00$ I had to take out a loan to get this outrageous amount of money to fix my clutch when my car is still under warranty and the warranty of the labour. So I got the money to them and paid cash but this time they were doing it at there abbotsford location Butch was very rude and acctually told me a few lies throughout this issue with them and my car wich I did not understand because they have an A + rateing although Bc Dealers trade in center had a poor rateing now I ses why just wish I new this all before .so after 3 clutches and 1800 dollars put out to butches shop my car then 5 days later my clutch goes again . They then te me before I baught my car there was a motor put in but they said they put in the wrong motor they put in a automatic motor in a standard transmission only years 2003 - 2005 are horrazontal and non horrazontal so manual manual automatic to automatic only . So I waited for them to put in used motor cause they then new at that point they were in trouble well 2 weeks goes by with no car the day im supposto pick up my car i call and they tell me they did not read the numbers on the motor and its the wrong motor again so another week goes by finially i pick it up and .now they tell me they will not give me back my 1800 and my car is running worse then it was when it had the wrong motor in it .plus they put a whole in my air conditioning line it does not work no more . Car has no power at all is guttless . Very much screwed over by these car shop butches and bc auto dealers trade in center in surrey

I recently purchased an awesome 2005 Nissan Altima. A gentleman named Blaine Beckett was my salesman. I have had very bad luck with cars in the past so I grilled him as hard as I could-- probably too much. He did not hesitate to answer all my questions to my full expectations, and with a smile:) not only am I exhstatic with my new car and the price but when I got home I checked the fluids. The engine oil was clear and the transmission appears to have been flushed and filled. That was unexpected for a used vehicle in my experience. I have and will continue to recommend BC dealers trade in to anyone that is looking for a solid used vehicle. They probably wont be getting my business for a while because my Nissan is skookum. They have a wide variety of options so I didnt have to bounce back and forth between different lots and they are very accommodating and honest about anything they know about the vehicle history. Thank you again Blaine Beckett for making this experience easier than I imagined.

After 22 (almost) consecutive days of searching for a well-priced, spacious, yet fuel efficient vehicle, I had almost given up on my search AND given up on hope.... I had viewed horrific private sales, and gone to dealerships where I constantly was being harassed! Finally, I went to B.C. trade-in, in Surrey, and met Mike, one of the sales guys who has been there for almost 10 years! Mike was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and he actually LISTENED to me, rather than try and shove a sales pitch down my throat! His way of dealing is very refreshing, and accommodating. The dealership was extremely fair and well priced, with lots to choose from! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good priced vehicle. I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Dodge Caliber, with extremely low KMs, and I was able to stay $1,000.00 under my budget!! Thank you SO much, Mike! -A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Shout out to Mike and Brody, you guys are great. My husband and I came in on a whim the other night and bought a cheapy honda civic 2000 from Mike. Great little car :) I noticed it was running a little hot the day i drove it home but thought it was just normal for the car. Drove to work and back and it started steaming like crazy and sputtering coolant all over. I called the dealership right away and Mike said he wasnt sure if anything could be done but got me in touch with the manager, Brody, and he was amazing! He sent me to a local repair shop and covered the repair. Only one day later and my car is ready for pickup, im so happy! Will be reffering all my friends and family to these guys from now on!

Ive bought my first car here. Joёl helped me find the best suited car for my needs and was helpful with all the question I had to asked. The included 1 year warranty was a bonus that help cover the cost of any problems with a car when you purchase here. But I went with the 2 year plan instead. Some of the cars here have high mileage but if youre smart enough on how to properly maintain the car, you wont have a problem with it. Joёl was patient with me and took the time of what I needed to enjoy the stress-free transaction. Update #1 December 25 2016: My car runs perfectly fine. Some things I need to fix though like flushing the engine oil and radiator coolant.

Bought a car here in Oct 2012 and have had no issues since! My new car is exactly what I was looking for and I was able to get a fair trade in value for my old car. The purchase process was easy and painless - I didnt feel pressured to buy like I had when visiting other larger dealerships. I even ended up forgetting my garage door opener in my old car and the owner was glad to meet with me the next day to give it back to me.
