Like other reviewers have noted. The service is spotty at times. Couple years back rented a vehicle with unlimited mileage. For actually using the unlimited mileage, the location was extra rude. The service associate gave me poor attitude when vehicle was returned after cross Continental road trip with 13000km. Tried to find every reason to ding me for extra fees. Even went as far as threatened revoking damage deposit for not having detailing or washing car before returning. So be warned, this location will find ways not to honour the reserved deal one got online. Plus try to shame when one actually uses unlimited mileage.

Ive used this location for weekly rentals, almost every week for the past year. The owner operator, Aseem is always friendly and helpful; qualities that also come through in his team as well. Ive never had any trouble regarding insurance, credit card charges or availability of cars. I always get the car I need, in a clean condition, and occasionally a nice upgrade for being loyal. Thank you for a great rental experience, every time, without fail.

Horrible services. Denied pickup and dropoff on regular working day to my house 10k away. The car I got was absolutely filthy and dirty from inside and out. It was cleaner when I returned it than when I got it. Staff were clueless even though I called to confirm everything beforehand. Avoid at all costs. Use enterprise right next door instead.

Aseem was the most helpful agency operator to work with. He really made our trip amazing and was very accommodating and understanding after we had a very bad experience and troubles renting from another low quality rental car agency. Best car rental experience we have had. Thanks to Aseem, we had a much easier and amazing trip in Vancouver!

Twice now weve rented vehicles from here for 5,000km+ road trips, and twice Aseem has gone out of his way to give us great rates, choose appropriate optional insurance products, and provide us with brand new (LITERALLY brand-new) vehicles. Phenomenal service. As long as I live within an hours drive Ill never rent a car anywhere else.

Super helpful, honest and great service. saved the day and our trip when Thrifty basically told me to screw myself on a reservation made a month in advance as no effort was made to hold a car to honor it. Got a great rate and a great car compared to all the other competiton. Highly recommended.

Provides the best service in town! Helped out my brother in a jam after a competitor gave away his reservation. Great variety in cars and they were all nicely detailed as well. Service was professional and fast. Will only rent cars from here in the future.

Booked April 10 for pickup on June 18. In Surrey. On morning of pickup location closed for the day. Spent hour on phone and told nothing available. Missed brothers funeral we came from Ontario to attend. Will never recommend or use Avis again.

Ok but that was it, not really interested in engaging with their customer. Nor even asking where to when asking for a drop off. The managers comment was Id got it cheap when I dropped it off. Mmmm. .
