I have been very happy with this shop. A few months ago I first brought my car here for an oil change and that went great. The owner informed me of a couple things that may need attention but didnt push any other services on me (my brakes which did need some attention...). Yesterday my car wouldnt even budge so I got it towed to Ambassador and they found out my brakes needed to be redone; they called me after their inspection and gave me an accurate quote. The price was definitely reasonable and they had my car back to me by the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this shop since its reasonably priced, efficient and they dont push for unnecessary services.

Prepare to be ripped off and on top of it all clueless mechanics. I took my car in today to get a quote on a transmission issue that I have been having for awhile. After an hour of waiting to diagnosing the issue they told me it was a transmission issue and gave no error code... (Like I didnt already know that). This isnt even the best part yet, the quote took awhile as well (not that this place can get any more shadier). Results were several hours just for a transmission change.

I have had my car serviced at Ambassador Auto Repairs for several years now. As a returning customer I appreciate the prompt and helpful service I receive during each visit. If I need to be reminded of areas of service that are due, I receive a friendly reminder. The friendly service and competitive pricing is A-1 and I anticipate remaining a faithful customer in the years to come.

This place is aweful! They rip off customers by overcharge even triple value of the price! I have an old car needing to replace front wheel bearing hub. They charge me $389 for both sides, plus $299 labor, that is $769 in total after tax. My car is only worth over $1000. I checked price online later on, the part is only about $60 for each! How ridiculous! will NEVER EVER go there!!!

Since I didnt have the power tools at home. I went to them to have them remove a bolt on an alternator pulley and swap it onto another one. Got charged $25 for a simple job that shouldnt cost more than $5. Given I was gouged for such a simple job, I would recommend you shop around before coming to this place for your car.

Very caring business. I had a flat tire while they were really busy, and they sent the owner over to help me. Once it was decided Id have to tow it, they stayed open late to accommodate me. I was a pleasure to have them help me out. Thanks to the employees at Ambassador Auto repair, I will be back.

If you want to get ripped off then come here. These guys charged me close to 400 bucks on some minor service of my vehicle. They charged me over 200 bucks just for labour!! Would advise anyone to steer clear of this place.

Went to a place few blocks down they tried charging me 300 for brakes for my honda civic, went to Ambassador they told me i didnt even need new brakes , just my rotors needed to be machined. thanks guys i will be back.

Under no circumstances should you take your car to this shop. Everything is a lie, bait switch, oversell, pay employees more to rip off customers, Cant believe this place is in business.
