I took my car in to Able Auto when I got rear ended. I had to wait over 2 months for parts and a loaner car. When The parts finally came, it took a week to get repaired. When I picked up my car, the paint on the bumper was different from the original paint of the car. The owner said that ICBC didnt cover the blending. I called ICBC and they authorized the blending and when speaking to the rude receptionist, she tells me that she cant book me in until a month later for something they could have taken the initiative and called ICBC and/or fixed the issue as soon as possible as it has been an inconvenience to have to wait for a body shop to fix a bumper that takes a day job and has taken over 3months of my time and now going to 4. Shopping around for another body shop that has customers prioritized before money and attitude. Rating only allowed me to select 1 star but if there was a zero star it would be the most valid. To top off the inconvenience the owner Roger refused to believe that ICBC would pay for the blend and he refused to call them. I Recommend to people find another body shop that cares about their clientele.

Awesome service and the people who work here are very pleasent. Mitch who was the one who worked on my car went above and beyond. I recomend this place for anyone who ever has to take ther car to an autobody shop after an icbc claim.
