My drivers door was badly damaged because of a hit and run. Not only did Preet, Garry, and the staff made sure it was fixed in time, they also provided with a courtesy car (which obviously made everything very convenient for me while my car was getting fixed). I hate my car being dirty and usually find it so hard to find the time to clean it. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean from inside and outside, which was definitely a bonus for me! Some of the fabric was left a little dirty when I sat in the car and I didnt even mention it to Garry or Preet (thinking Ill just clean it myself). Garry noticed it and didnt let me take the car like that. He made sure to get that cleaned too! The entire team is very professional and nice and they make sure getting your car fixed is hassle free for all their clients. The best autobody shop in town, definitely recommend it to everyone!

Got caught into a crash. The right front side of my car was completely wrecked. ICBC sent me a list of body shops in Surrey I could choose from. Did some research and found this shop had the best review. Called the shop to ask some preliminary questions. Garry, the owner of the shop, was super friendly and helpful. When bringing my car in a few days after, I was immediately offered a courtesy car for free during the whole length of time my car was being repaired in the shop. Because I also got some old damages on the car, I asked Garry to repair them all together. Garry was very patient answering every question of mine and he gave me a fair price for that extra work as well. Picked up the car today. Looked just like a new car.The inside has been closely vacuumed and body was shinning in the sun. I would highly recommend this shop for any car repair job!

A while back i bought a car that had been fixed by A-best. Few months after buying saw a few chips by the front grill. Took it in and and A-best fixed it by just painting over top the previous paint chips. Just a few months after that noticed chips all over the bumper and currently it has gotten to the point that theres big patches of paint missing. I asked a *PROFESSIONAL* and they advised it was lack of skill of the painters. Anyways still contacted A-Best to see if they would fix there mistake and the guy i spoke to outright said NO. He refused any responsibilty on his crappy job. Will never recommend this autobody and look foward to putting in a claim with Better bussiness bureau and ICBC

I was very happy with Abests customer service, really impressed by the courteousness and service I received here on my first visit. Without asking, they actually called me throughout the process to keep me up to date, making it easy for me to know what was happening without having to call in or return their phone call, they simply always just said I could call if I had questions. When I got my car back, I was impressed not only with the exterior where the work had been done, which was an amazing job but with the nice wash and vacuum that they gave the whole vehicle. Would highly recommend you take your car to A-Best auto when your car needs to be fixed.

This has got to be the best auto body shop in Surrey! From the moment I walked in, GARRY and all the staff were friendly and polite and they really went the extra mile to make sure I understood how they would fix the damage on my car. They made sure I had a courtesy car, and explained all the ICBC bla bla to me. When I picked up my car, it looked like it was brand new! My car probably hasnt been cleaned (outside and inside) for long and I was thrilled to learn that they had cleaned the exterior and the interior for me as an added bonus! Thank you so much for your exceptional service and work!

I have a very strong relationship with my truck. I love it very much. When I was in an accident with 2 semis and a truck I was devastated. A Best was recommended to me by a friend and I honestly owe that friend my trucks life. Garry was a really great guy to deal with and between him and his crew my truck is absolutely beautiful. They rebuild my front end with an iron cross bumper and not only was there work beautiful but theyre the first shop Ive seen install the bumper properly. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. I will never go anywhere else for any bodywork.

My car needed a new bumper and a few scratches. I asked them for an estimate bcs. it was a lot of work and we agreed on a price for the major work. I couldnt pay for the more minor scratches. I had their courtesy car without much hassel. when I picked it up they charged me the price we agreed on but did a lot more than promised, faster than the time they committed. Definitely recommend them. On top of all that, I like to comment on their very professional and clean office and waiting area.

I have babied my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 since new. Through a couple of mishaps I need to find a body shop worthy of my expectations. A-Best Auto Body has exceeded my expectations. The body work and especially the paint left my truck looking amazingly new again. I even brought the truck in for the work without cleaning it but when I received it back it was completely detailed. Thank you A-Best for a job very well done!

I recently got my Aveos dent fixed with these guys. Excellent customer service by Mr. & Mrs. Gary. The finishing is so good that you didnt even know where your car had the dent before. They have provided courtesy car too till my car is fixed. Also, i like the coffee from the coffee machine in their office. Great Customer Service and Value for the Money. Gary and Preet provided an excellent customer service, they are very professional and easy to talk to. This place was a referral by a friend and i was never disappointed that i went to them to get our van fixed. They provided a courtesy car right away so that I dont need to come back as i have my baby with me. They did an awesome job fixing our van and will definitely recommend their service.
