I am honestly shocked that this business even exists with the amount of auto salvage guys in town.. This guy has a temper that borders on mental disability and is arrogant, rude and obnoxious. I can understand not getting the greatest customer service in this particular industry, but I am absolutely shocked at the way that this monkey chose to conduct himself, telling me to F- off and calling me a F****** weasel, uttering threats and violently yelling literally before reaching the 1 minute mark in our conversation (before any numbers were even discussed) he literally started screaming into the phone, just pure anger. Very unstable individual, I would recommend that anybody stay away from this loser, most especially woman, children (not that they scrap a lot of cars, but dont bring your kids near this guy) and elderly persons. Total lunatic.... only call if you want a laugh, other than that scrap your car elsewhere. Plenty of spots in town. P.S If you are reading this "angry boy" just know that 4 years in any industry is not really considered a "long time" and has very little significance to me as a customer, who do you think you are? You need to check yourself back into whatever institution released you four years ago (mental or correctional, I am not picky) and just re do the whole program buddy because somebody has failed you, BIG TIME. we have facilities and programs for people like you. Please do society a favour and turn your miserable life around.

What. A. Fing. Joke!! This loser calls me at 9:45am asking me if the arrangements that were made (pickup between 10am and 11am) were still good to go. I told him it was and that I would be waiting. Over an hour goes by so I call him. He tells me he just got home and has "unpacking" to do. He goes on to tell me he will be on his way right away. Another hour goes by and I call him again. He continues to give me the same excuse (unpacking) but he will be leaving abbotsford right away and would see me in about an hour. AGAIN, over an hour goes by!!!! I call. Phone is off. I finally leave a message and get a call back. Idiot is still in abbotsford and still unpacking!!! But I take his word (again for some reason) as he says hell see me in "about an hour". About one hour and 15 minutes go by. I call him again. This moron has the audacity to tell me hes still in abbotsford and has yet to leave!! It is now nearly 2pm and he was supposed to be here between 10 and 11 am. What a sorry excuse for a business and supposed customer service. If thats what you want to call it. I hope your bausiness goes underground. You dont treat people like that. People have lives and better things to do than wait around for a liar. You suck. Your business sucks. Give up.

I Called to see if they picked up hot water tanks, legit question I thought. The in bread idiot that picked up the phone started yelling and throwing down f-bombs complaining about his advertising costs and the low price of metal. What an idiot, go back to jail. After posting on here, this tool actually called me back, and went off on me again. LOLOLOL what a loser. This dude has a mental problem, and needs some strong meds. ROFLMAO at this idiot. He calls back a second time, ranting and raving that his web site clearly states he only does car removal. Well first off loser, I did not look at you stupid web site when I called. Secondly I just looked at your web site now, and there are terms that would suggest that you recover more that autos. Terms like junk,junk removal, scrap, cast iron, money paid for junk, steel recycling. These terms refer to more than just cars, trucks etc. You are too stupid for words. Anyways I have spent more than enough time on this waste of skin.

Arranged to come pick my car up. When he got there, he lowballed me and said that he gave a quote over the phone, which he didnt. I get that its stressful and that he deals with stupid people all the time but Im trying to do business. Said that if I dont take his offer, hed charge me $150. I told him it was a free estimate and he said that its not. Gave him the car in the end for pocket change. He does drop the F bomb a lot. All the other reviews are true!

Sick that this business still runs after all these reviews. He needs to be shut down. I dont care what line of business youre in, you dont yell at a customer! Tell them they dont know what theyre talking about (the irony is he was wrong in that case!) Dont call AAA. Ive now talked to two other companies that have been super helpful, call one of them.

This guy was beyond rude over the phone when I was trying to call for some information. Tried to explain what the deal was and he didnt care to hear me out. Cut me off talked over me and then HUNG UP ON ME! All I wanted was a damn estimate! Totally unprofessional. Would never give him my business.

Terrible. Just called to see if the guy has any roof racks. The guy hangs up on you in mid sentence. No customer service at all. To be credible let your potential customer know politely that you dont have any and they might come back for something else in the future.

This guy was so sweet and respectful. I forgot my insurance papers at home and he waited for me to get them and while I was gone he took my brand new radio out and asked if I wanted it which I thought was so nice. 10/10 would recommend !
