I was leaving town last week on an important business trip and my vehicle would not start, I called up Tyee chevs service department to ask a few questions on what i can do to try and get my truck started (to try and save myself the towing fee). The service department was extremely helpful and patient with me and gave me some options to try and get it started (which worked). I then drove in and they accommodated me by getting my truck in the shop right away. A few hours later my truck was fixed and I was on the road. Thanks to the service staff whom were very friendly and professional. Thanks Tyee GM. I will be referring you to friends and family for sure.

Allen Howie has been a lifesaver for helping our family into 2 reliable vehicles. He listens to his customers. Hes not pushy. He makes buying a new vehicle easier than expected and he takes all the stress out of the ordeal. I cant say enough about our experience over the past year and just recently last month. Todd was super busy today (last day of the month) and this guy seriously took the time to hook me up!! Best prices, simple financing, customer experience through the roof!! Excellent experience overall! Quick and painless! Many thanks to the service department, as well as Allen Howie for the tour of the new Cruze! Exceptional customer service as well as care in something as simple as an oil change. They went above and beyond! I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
