After driving from North Vancouver to buy a used Ford Ranger from a different Nissan Dealership in Comox and receiving terrible, dishonest, and high pressure service I stumbled across an add on Craigslist for another Ranger just 45 minutes away at North Island Nissan in Campbell River. The Truck was as advertised. The Salespeople were ALL super friendly and didnt come across as high pressure or fake like at the other dealership. They were open to negotiate a fair deal for Trade in and Sale price, and came across as upfront regarding the condition of the Ranger they sold me, repairing a few things and replacing the windshield due to a rock ding. They even drove it out to North Vancouver a few days later as it couldnt be ready to buy that day. The Truck has been great so far and Im confident that if I were to have any issues with this used Truck that the Team at NIN would come up with a reasonable and fair solution. I was very impressed with my experience here, and if you are looking for a new Nissan (or they happen to have the used Vehicle you want) I can recommend driving the extra 45 minutes to buy from this lot VS the other dealer just 45 minutes away. I was glad I did!

Buyer beware!!! They will screw you over if you dont know what youre doing. They said they were going to give me an extra $500 for my car, yet they hid it in other parts of the deal. They also never mentioned a balloon payment at the end of the loan (both the salesman and financial person we were dealing with). I know its my fault for not knowing ever detail in a car loan, but I dont want another trusting person to get screwed. All I can say is if youre looking for a vehicle be very careful with Campbell River Nissan. Thank goodness for Galaxy Motors, they got me out of an loan I wouldnt wish on my worst enemy. Again, Im aware that I was too trusting of this dealership, but I want others to be aware that they are not there to help you. Be careful, they are on par with Bill Howmuch!!!

Great experience with the guys from North Island Nissan. I saw the vehicle online and got in touch with Colin. He was a terrific sales person and really earned my trust through the sale. Brian helped me with all the financial matters and was very friendly throughout the process. Finally, I also dealt with Wayne (Services), he installed winter tires and other features on the vehicle prior to me taking possession. I actually never saw the vehicle until I took ownership in Alberta. When I did so, I was very happy that it exceed my expectations. It was a real pleasure knowing that I was dealing with honest and reliable individuals at North Island Nissan. I would definitely recommend North Island Nissan to friends, family and colleagues! Thanks for everything, enjoying my new vehicle.

Completely my fault for not reviewing the bill of sale closely before signing it. Im disappointed in my self most of all. However I would like to warn others that may be as trusting and foolish as I am. This dealership may try to change some of the numbers you talked about when they print the bill of sale. We didnt get the colour we wanted due to them writhing down the wrong VIN number, the SIRUS connection is TERRIBLE, it doesnt make it through one song without cutting out, static or losing signal. This may not be as mature as coming into talk to management but I am not driving 2.5 hours out of my way for you to tell me theres nothing you can do since i signed the paper. If you want to correct the situation then call me. Ive already accept my mistake and can live with it :S

In the past 3 years I have bought 3 brand new vehicles from the Campbell river Nissan team . This year we traded in a 2015 Nissan Titan pro 4x and a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan. As our family has grown we needed to get into a vehicle that best suited our familys needs . The boys at the Campbell river Nissan work really hard to get us into the vehicle that we wanted . They pulled some strings and got us into a brand new 2018 Volkswagen atlas although it wasnt a vehicle that they carried they still made it happen. Neil B worked on the weekend and into his day off to get us into the atlas . The service and care they provided us with was Beyond over the top . Thanks boys The vrabes

I have an old Pathfinder. And I fix it myself. Plus I am old and poor will likely never ever own a new car. So, except for servicing the vehicle due to the recall (airbags) and something about a potential rust-spot, I wouldnt have ever used the dealer. MY MISTAKE. Firstly, they were very professional. They were on time and even checked to see if I was on time. Secondly, they provided the courtesy car and it was a brand new Titan! OMG! What a treat! Then, the car was done on time and waiting for me. No charge (recall). Not even some petty silly thing. Straight up. As they said. In fact, I feel it was even better. I am no expert but they were great.

Huge RAVE to North Island Nissan for making my new car purchase a pleasant experience. Thanks in particular, to: 1. Sales consultant Colin Woodside for his product knowledge, no-pressure way of doing business, and general helpfulness; 2. Finance manager Brian Quan for getting my financing put through; and 3. GM Mike Ball for giving me a fair value on my trade-in, plus presenting me with a deal too good to pass up. :D I already love my new 2017 Nissan Sentra. Feels like a luxury car... but without the luxury price tag! Woot! <3

I bought my Nissan from Colton at the Campbell River dealership, he was excellent, gave me all the facts and time to think about, answered all my questions. I wanted the extra front windows so there would be no blind spots, I can see people on the side walks before they ever step out into the cross walk. It is great. They have called me twice since my purchase to see if everything is going well and that I am still happy with my purchase. They will also wash my car as long as I own it for free. As a senior that is great.

Ive worked for a lot of companies in the area and know a lot of people. That being said.... North Island Nissan tends to be the more welcoming and friendly out of all the Dealer groups. From the Boss man to the car cleaner everyone just seems excited to be here. I am a salesman at Nissan and didnt want to hide that. Because at Nissan , we dont hide anything from you. It straight up to the point, the way friendships should be. Check the reviews everywhere.

Yes...as strange as it may seem, we bought a Toyota from North Island Nissan! Sight unseen - unless you count looking at photos on their website - which speaks to the level of confidence and trust they established. From start to finish we were delighted with their customer service: from picking us up at the ferry in Nanaimo, through the complexities of the vehicle sale, to after sale follow-up. Shopping at North Island Nissan was a pleasant experience.
