I have been getting my car serviced here since 2010 but on my last visit this month, the service (engine oil and yearly) was less than expected. I was recommended to get my front brakes serviced and flushed so I went home and made an appointment request online but I did not hear back at all. So, instead I got them here in Comox and I saved money too because they said I didnt need to service the rear wheel brake service because the corrosion was mild. This place also checked the engine oil and told me it was low. So, the technician at Strathcona did not put in enough oil. I checked it myself and it was low so I had to buy oil.

Didnt buy my truck there , but have had it serviced in this shop for 10 years. Ive been though 3 service managers ... aside from a couple minor bumps, over the years that the staff has been very good about going good for " no ones perfect " this shop is second to none. The head mechanic has to be one of the best mechanics ive ever delt with. He can work on toyota products with his eyes closed. Ill never buy anything but toyotas. This is, and has been, the best dealer in Campbell River by a coutry mile.
