Over the past week my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Gary Schell, Nick and Judy as we purchased our very first Wrangler. Nick treated us in a fair and honest way on our trade in and we feel we received very good value. Judy was working hard to find us the financing package that we were comfortable with and she did it with a great deal of personality as well which we appreciated. Gary was in our corner from the start. We had first met Gary 18 months earlier when we first started looking into buying a Jeep. He still had his notes about our visit which was very impressive to us. Gary and Nick found us exactly the vehicle we were looking for and made sure it arrived when they promised it would. This was a great experience for us overall. Also the new building and facilities are top notch and comfortable. Definately a 5-star experience for both of us and we would not hesitate to reccomend Gary to anyone. Thanks to all involved.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Rose. He was an excellent salesman. Nick made sure I was happy with the Jeep Patriot I purchased. Very competitve with the other Patriots I had been looking at. Gave me the same deal happening in the Comox Valley. Plus they even did my financing right there! No need to go to the bank to see if I could get approved first. Nicks experience & personality shined.(He knew every answer to all my questions I had on the Jeep Patriot) I look forward to getting my vehicle serviced @ Bill Howich, for my first oil change! Bill Howich Chrysler even gave me a print out on when to service my vehicle & a guideline to what will need to be done according to my mileage so I should not have any hidden surprises! Was out camping when the A/C compressor failed on my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 on Sunday night. Because I needed to be at work on Tuesday and the vehicle wasnt going to make it to the North Island, I was having to consider some unpleasant options. I arrived at the service desk a bit before opening time on Monday morning and explained my plight. Even though the day was previously booked and customers kept coming in, Josh was extremely helpful and the team at Bill Howich Chrysler had me home on time Monday evening, finishing this unplanned job my mid-afternoon! They also noticed an idler pulley bearing starting to go and replaced it too, all for the same price estimate initially given. Thanks guys! Well done!

Ask for Gary! I had a really great experience buying a vehicle with Gary Schell, you want to ask for him! He listened to what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations, he found me a Jeep that fits perfectly into my life and feels luxurious too. Every test drive made my day and the whole process was super fun and laid back. Gary is very funny, friendly and easy to talk to.
