I could write a novel about how horrible my experience with them was - but Ill just say they did more damage to my car than good. I was out of town when my car showed symptoms of what they had done and had it worked on by a different shop. When I confronted diamond head about how much money I had to spend on the damage that they caused they were extremely condescending to me and denied that they had even worked on that part of my vehicle - even though it clearly stated that they did on my invoice from them. When they finally admitted that it may have been their fault they only paid for half of my bill (which was nearly $1,000). Dont waste your time.

Driving my daughters car from Whistler, to make a long story short I had troubles with overheating, stopped into Napa to see if they could have a look. Not only did they look, they fixed and said "no charge, took a couple of minutes". This appears to be a small business single owner operation, I dont think they make businesses like this anymore. Amazing knowledge and community spirit along with fantastic service. Do not go anywhere else if you live in the area!!

My daughters car broke down at Whistler over the Christmas holidays. I had to make arrangements for the diagnosis and repair remotely from Saskatchewan. They were able to get it in right away and get me the information I needed to make a decision on the repair. The staff at this business are professional, courteous and efficient!
