Worst customer service from the service department on the planet. Minimal follow-on, While traveling and needing some follow-on service and parts, and a diagnosis. Diagnosis was ultra vague (you need to replace your entire AC system), after having JUST spent $1500 on new AC parts, and I was looking to troubleshoot what went wrong. Literally weeks went by with no word from them, and no parts were ordered either. I finally checked in, and they asked if I wanted to order he parts? Seriously? We talked about this before I walked out the door the first time! Zero call-backs, zero help. Problem not solved. Funny how talking to a dealer in Bellingham, I got answers in 10min on the phone, and an appointment for 2days away. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague.
