Horrible Service, False Information in Advertising of Pre-Owned Vehicles, selling vehicles that are broken and require repair. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! You will regret it UPDATE: Have had 2 more people I know have major problems at this dealership- One charged for en extended warranty after waiving the warranty at purchase and one who took a new truck in for service and they did not replace the party that they said they did and they also did not re-attach the skid plate correctly and it fell off during driving. Also a repair that was "completed" to the truck i just bought was not completed correctly and is now costing me brand new rotors on the two fronts. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT SEA TO SKY FORD AND SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE BY GETTING YOUR SERVICE DONE AT FORD IN NORTH VANCOUVER!!

I recently spent the most part of a Saturday looking into and then buying a certified used car at Coastal Ford Squamish. I have to tell you that the staff there made me feel amazing. They answered all my questions, allowed me to test drive the same car, twice! Fixed my requests regarding the car and gave me the best possible price. At no time did I think I was not getting all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. They were all kind, respectful and accommodating. I would certainly refer this business and this staff to anyone who wants to be fully informed!! Way to go Coastal Ford, you rock!!! Will send all my friends there too!!!

I had bad memories dealing with the old Ford shop in squamish that is why i was a bit weary going to their new location with the new name and new staff. Me and my wife were looking for a reliable second car and a sales person named Nikita helped us out, she gave us the attention, details and answers we needed. We ended not buying the car that day so we can decide overnight and think about more questions and worries about the sale, we communicated with her in the next few days and she came with quick replies and answers. Im glad i gave ford in squamish another chance and would highly recomend this shop to everyone i know.

Graham manages the service dept. and it is he that makes the service at this dealership awesome. Ive been dealing with Sea To Sky Ford for 20+ years and the previous owners of the dealership must have reduced the service experience to the worst in Canada. Now with the new owners and Graham, it is my guess that it is probably one of the best Ford Service Centres in Canada. This place is a mess. Try to call for service department ,you leave 10 messages and they get back to you and they transfer you to service again and you have to leave another message again and nobody cares to return your car . Worst is they changed brand new brakes without authorization where they were only authorized and ordered just to replace the clippers.. This is what I call a rip off . WARNING : DONT TRUST AND STAY AWAY .

The service dept. has consistently exceeded expectations. Our vehicle is always out within the promised time frame, with clear explanations of any issues. Warranty work was explained and taken care of before we had even noticed an issue. I recommend this dealership because of the consistently high level of service received from service dept.

Well I dealt with Brian most genuine car sells men Ive ever met. I also dealt with Ian the manager and they were both super helpful, helped me get what I wanted and keep getting in touch with me to make sure I am still happy with my purchase and help me in anyway. Very poor service department. Had 2 different issues with bringing my vehicle for service here. And when you go to the manager to voice your dissapointment in the service they provided, they tell you "this isnt a Porche dealership." Will not be returning and recommend to go to another Ford if you can.
