A few months ago, I dropped in here to see why a light was on on my dash. It turned out to be a tire-pressure imbalance. Fred pumped up all my tires as soon as he was free at no charge. More recently, I dropped in to see if they could replace my windshield wipers. Not only did Fred immediately do the two that he could, but he also ordered in the one for the rear window, and installed it the next day. I love the service attitude here! Id give it more than five stars if I could. I also love the fact that management replies to complaints with a sincere effort to repair any hurt feelings. Too often, managers just read negative reviews and do nothing. This place is tops in my book!

I never leave reviews but I feel like this one is very warranted. I dont even want to leave 1 star but I have to......The receptionist and service staff provided awful customer service and were very disrespectful when I came in to get some information. I understand that they were busy but they very dismissive when I was trying to ask some questions. I will not be returning, and will never recommend them. Ford across the street is a much better option who were professional and courteous and helped me out immediately.

I bought new tires last year & have had to have a few tires repaired. The service was great, tire fixed right away, and all done with no charge. I would recommend Kal Tire to everyone that lives on the Sunshine Coast, they truly take care for their customers!

I was not happy with the non service I received. It was a waste of time for me as they could not provide the proper information as they were all busy with one customer. Was ready to spend thousands of dollars but will take my business to another store.
