Just had to enter a review! In my opinion this is likely the best dealership I have ever worked with. Rod REALLY knows his stuff, is personable and attentive. Dave was wonderful to meet and between them I left knowing that I was being well taken care of. Being from Calgary Ive had the experience of dealing with dealerships where you leave knowing that no-one really cares. NEVER again will I be looking for vehicles in Calgary! Not sure how often Ill be back as I only buy a vehicle once every five years or so but I will be back. Message to Calgarians: folks check this dealership out - the difference is huge and you wont be sorry. Message to Ian: well done, methinks with this team youll have all the business you can handle!

Bought a new 2014 truck here, and will be looking to update my current work truck (2010) in the next year or two. Sales team is good. very helpful through the purchasing process. Wade Stewart in the lube bay and accessories is amazing, he bends over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with his work. service department is disorganized and very poor at communicating if you need warranty work done or if parts are ordered. very poor at delivering on commitments. The sales team sells the first truck and the service department sells the the second third and fourth truck. I will likely buy my new truck at a different dealership but i would definitely take it to Wade to dress it up.

Wow! We went into GM with a goal of purchasing a new family vehicle that would fit our budget. We had expected the stereotypical car shopping experience of high pressure, forced sales - we did not experience this at all. Myron went above and beyond to not only fill our wishes but to make the experience a pleasure. His honesty and integrity really changed our view of what to expect. Ian Gray is a one of a kind guy, Ian is responsible for being one of the few midget AAA royals sponsors. The other day the guys and I went to take a team picture with Ian at the dealership and he told us there would be pizza. Long story short he was a little late getting back into town from his hike with his wife and forgot the pizza. Ian then went on to taking us to Boston pizza and buying the whole team pizzas and jugs of iced tea at the restaurant. Thank you Ian! This is the place I would go if I were to be buying my new vehicle! Great guy!

He is one of few that genuinely care about the clients needs, and he is great at what he does. We bought a new set of tires here as they were offering them at cost. They were helpful and knowledgeable in picking our new tires and the price was excellent. They installed them quickly while we waited and even came and asked us if we would be ok paying an extra $20 for installation as they said there was so much mud caked on our rims that it would throw the balancing off if they didnt clean it off before balancing. Can highly recommend them for new tires!

I had been looking for a full size SUV for awhile and happened to stumble across Salmon Arm GMC while attending a festival in town. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Mark Rousselle, the salesman helping me, was absolutely top notch - pleasant to talk to, not pushy whatsoever and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Yukon SLT on the spot! Beautiful truck at a fantastic price - I couldnt be happier!
