My wife and I have purchased multiple used and new cars from Jacobson Ford over the last 20 years. Once again they saved the day! Two weeks ago I was in an accident in Kelowna where my car was badly damaged and not road worthy. Jacobson Ford was one of the first calls I made. "Do you need a car now?" was Mikes first response. Fortunately I didnt as the insurance company provided us with a rental car. That said, when we were waiting for a cheque from the insurance company (and didnt have a car) Jacobson stepped up and let us have one. Working with Dale we eventually settled on a Ford Certified Pre Owned 2015 Ford Focus. Patti got us awesome finance terms! The vehicle is exceptional, so was the service from Mark, Mike, Dale and Patti. Throughout this experience their focus has been on helping us get through this...thanks Jacobson Ford for making this crappy situation awesome!

Terrible. The customer service aspect of this location specifically is the worst i have ever seen. Asides from having close friends and family who know the owner, the people who deal with vehicle repairs via the public, need to seriously reevaluate whether or not that they should be qualified for a customer related job position. Typical dealerships who push their own product over any ones elses third party parts and charge an arm and a leg for the same thing sold every where else for cheaper, with service hours well over the quality of work done on the vehicle that i had dropped off makes this experience a waste of not only money but my time and patience as well. Ignorant and selfish vibes are the only attributes worth noting for this location and ill be sure to let well known people throughout the town of Salmon Arm about this horrendous experience.

Very pushy, one older guy was rather rude. He was also pretty stuck up the last time we were in a few years ago acting like we werent with his time. Managed to stitch to a different fellow this time, the bosses son to my knowledge. Hes very young, acts like a teenager hipster guy, rather unprofessional. Prices are pretty high, refused to even meet the trade in value for our car that Kelowna Ford dealership had offered or come down in their price on a used car to even close to make it worth buying this car offer the other, even if the trade in want in the deal. Few years apart for these, several days for each scenario and they were dismal both times.

Pushy bunch. Have received several fake personalized letters wanting our vehicle on trade..special extended deal...begging. Well, the attached post-it note was written by some poor gal in the office...not a signature of the sales manager. Id avoid this place like the plague!

Submitted an internet lead and got a super rude response back from some guy named Bryan. Apparently they dont care about earning your business. His response was "yes we have the car. what next?" Gimme a break! This is how you treat customers? Not worth my time.

Quite simply the best dealership we have ever done business with. Right from the start to the sales staff - sales manager - business office we were treated with respect. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new ford.

Their service department is horrible avoid it like the plague. I drive to kamloops to Dearborn Ford to have my Ford fleet serviced. Jacobson Ford Sales on the other hand are great. Just dont deal with the owners kid.
