Chuck and his service team were amazing! We live in Calgary and worked typically with our local Toyota Dealer there. Since day one that we purchased our brand new 2016 Tundra, we had experiencing multiple issues with front end vibration. Despite numerous concerns and complaints, we were told by our local Toyota Dealer in Calgary that there was nothing wrong with our Truck. We gave up, but soon the vibration started getting worse, we decided to take the vehicle into a servicer in Saskatoon, who ended up rebalancing the tires resulting in the minor alleviation of the vibration. As we continued our tour, the vibration returned at higher speeds. We became very concerned and while camped out in Salmon Arm, we contacted the service department at Hillside Toyota. Debbie (reception) and Chuck quickly returned my call and fit me in to have a look. They discovered that 3 of the 4 tires were still out of balance. After rebalancing, a test drive and a careful reassessment, Chuck called me again and asked if they could keep it for an extra day just to see if there was something extra they could do. He soon called me and informed me that the rotors were in fact defective and would be covered under my vehicles manufacturers warranty!!! They also detailed it and made sure that it was better inside and out compared to when I dropped it off. Sincere thanks Hillside Toyota, but more importantly thanks Chuck for taking care of my Tundra! I know where I will be coming to service my vehicle moving forward!

Brought my 2016 Toyota Highlander in for service. I found that the cruise control light was flickering and I mentioned to the service specialist at the counter. As it turn out its a electrical issue and it is still covered under warranty. However, because of work, I am not able to bring the car back to fix at Hill Top. They charge me for technicians time for finding out it was a design flaw by Toyota and my vehicle is still under warranty. They made it sound like they got no other choice but to a client, it was between them and manufacturer. If they can not back their own product, they probably shouldnt resell it. I used to think Hill Top has a good service department as they gave me pretty good experience and separated from the rest. After this, I feel they are just as horrible as other bad dealers I have dealt with.

Cant say enough about the wonderful people at this dealership! After we got turned away by every shop in Revelstoke, the folks at Hilltop Toyota made room in an already full Friday evening to look at our truck that broke down coming through the mountains on our way to a wedding on Vancouver Island. They stayed late, made us AND our dogs comfortable in their waiting room, they made sure we had a place to stay the night, and moved heaven and earth (on a Saturday no less) to help us get to the wedding (and we made it in time for dessert!). James and Tracey and the rest of the gang at Hilltop Toyota are a shining example of customer service at its finest. We are strongly considering a road trip to Salmon Arm every year for regular maintenance appointments :)

We Lost our Key to our 2003 Tacoma which we love and it was originally from the states. I got the run around from everyone but Hill top was so helpful and friendly during this frustrating experience. I will be buying my new truck from them after this experience !!! We will have a key soon I hope! Thank you !
