CR Auto was amazing - they turned our bad luck into a good experience. After our serpentine belt went on the way home, we needed somewhere for the BCAA driver to take our car, and I wasnt going to try the dealership. When I called them the next morning to explain the situation, they informed me that someone had vandalized one of my mirrors, but had already ordered a replacement and took care of the cost for me! The other repairs took longer than expected to get to, and his week was getting full, so he worked a little overtime to have it ready for us. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to deal with, and open about what was going on with the car, going as far to make sure I knew what had happened with the pulleys and why they needed replacement. I highly recommend!

Just went in for a quick fix to put a part in that I had purchased elsewhere so I dont know what they charge for parts and labour, but it was reasonable pricing for the labour they had done and I would gladly go back. Im glad I listened to one of the staff from Bens Towing and to my father-in-law. I will be going back, but hopefully not for a while.

I have had Rick do repairs, organize purchases, and in all respects hes a man of his word. In the world of automotive repairs that is not usually a given experience. The office (Cindy) deals with you with genuine helpfulness, and its just a treat to know you are in good honest hands when you drop off your car.

Absolutely floored by how awesome Rick and everyone at CR Auto were. We had battery troubles and they managed to look at it, attempt a few fixes and have the vehicle back to us within a couple hours. A+ service.
