The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had an attitude problem. A 13 year old could have better handled the situation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I was in shock, her attitude was ridiculous! She told me that the conversation would be recorded, expecting me to be threatened. I hope it was really recorded so management can hear how unprofessional she is. She kept trying to make it seem that the service was my fault, even when I asked a simple question she had a tone and it was almost like she was looking for a fight or me to get mad. Dont understandstand why she works there especially since numerous people have complained and I dont understand why this company isnt doing anything with their customer service. I asked how I could get in touch with management and she wouldnt tell me, she proceeded to be rude then finally gave me contact information later. I dont understand why she couldnt have explained to me why I could not speak to a manager right there and and tell me how I could contact management the first time instead I had to ask multiple times and put up with her arrogance. There should be someone else there besides her to speak to, she was just unbelievably rude for no good reason. They are better off having a teenager do the job instead of her, I cant believe an adult would behave in such an unprofessional and childish way. Thats not even the beginning! My family member was given a ticket for no good reason. The nearest ticket machine was broken and while they were going to another machine they were given a ticket and now have to pay $60. Having to pay 60 dollars is ridiculous! Its not my family members fault the nearest machine was broken. Then they had to deal with same woman who was also extremely rude to them and did not even try to help the situation. I want to give 0 stars, this company is such a joke, they shouldnt be in business.

I Have a valid parking pass. However, I traveled outside the city 1.5 hours away where my car broke down unexpectedly. Had to have my car in for repair for three days. Meanwhile I went back to my home city while my car was being repaired. With all the commotion I forgot my parking pass decal in my car at the mechanic garage. My friend was kind enough to let me borrow his car to get to work where I parked my car in my usual spot. I posted a hand written note explaining my car was in for repair and accidentally left my pass with it and cited my name and workplace. Despite this they still issued me a ticket. I went into the fort street office where I thought that if I explained my special circumstances they would understand and waive the fee since I have a valid parking pass. I brought supporting documents with me such as my parking pass, the note I posted, and my garage invoice for my car. They didnt even want to look at my garage invoice for my car "I dont care about your garage bill" the girl at the front desk explained in response to me trying to show her. They reduced the bill down to $10 and thats all they were willing to do since I had the same thing happen two months prior. Sorry for not remembering my parking pass during a time of misfortune with my car when I was outside my own city, but I see it as a mistake. Especially when I have a valid parking pass and a special circumstance of misfortune, I see and feel this as profiting off of somebody elses misfortune and is unethically correct.

Got a fine even though i had payed for parking.. my pass was displayed on the passenger side, and there were three expired passes on the drivers side. I disputed the ticket and the lady on the phone argued with me saying she had pictures of the expired ones but not the valid (obviously), i went on to say that the valid pass was on the other side. she continued to argue with me as if i was lying. I emailed a copy of the parking pass i had purchased and received no response, weeks later i called and confirmed their email address and re-sent (i had the right address).. still no response.. i called to make sure they received my email, they said they had got it and i would receive a response shortly.. still no response. from March to June ive been dealing with this. Finally i called again, and the woman on the phone explained to me they would reduce my fine to 10$ and they wouldnt charge me the 10$ late fee (as if they were doing me a favor). They know im not going to get a lawyer involved for 10$. they know i wont let it go to collections.. after i pay more than 12$ in total for a night of parking im manipulated into paying for a ticket i received in error after months of attempting to resolve the issue. I feel taken advantage of... Class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company.

Terrible company, as all the other reviewers say - and Ive had my fair share of bad business with them - but what gets me is their inconsistencies. Take for example their parking lots at Camosun Lansdowne, where youll find the cost for 1.5 hours of parking in the short term parking lot is set at $3.00, whereas their long term parking lot offers 4 hours at $3.25. The worst part is that visitors to the school who park in short term and have meetings that take a few minutes longer than expected are fined $25 to $45 for their overtime, ignorant to the fact that a meagre twenty-five cents is all that stood in the way of saving their money in fines unduly doled out by this corrupt and compassionless corporation. I understand that short-term offers less real estate and a high turn-over rate is important, but the inconsistency in ticket price between the two lots is rather offending and barbaric. I wish the school would fire this middle-person company and commission a group of students (perhaps as a club) to organize the parking areas. Honestly, anything would be better than Robbins. As one reviewer said; a company that fines the terminally ill for hospital parking, or deeply in-debted students for money, isnt a company worth doing business with.

I had such a bad experience with them. I bought an overnight parking ticket and they still ticketed me. However, I swear I have never seen this ticket in my entire life until I kept getting a phone call from a collection company asking for money after 4 months. And then I got a mail from this collection company regarding a parking ticket with Robbins. I phoned Robbins and the person is NOT helpful at all. All she said was we couldnt be responsible for that just because you didnt see the ticket. I also told them you never phoned me or mailed me anything how come you put me through a collection agent right away. She said we mailed you twice. But I never got any. I have moved 3 times and updated my address every time immediately with ICBC, but the address the collection company mailed me with was still my oldest address. I do not know how they work on these details and they blamed me that I did not do my job. What makes it even worse is the collect agent is still annoying me 24-7 after I made a payment with them. Apparently Robbins just want more money!
