Always polite and honest to me. Sam has explained mechanical procedures so that I fully understand what will be happening with various repairs. Very fair pricing. Im so happy I found them and I know my vehicle is in good hands now. Also, super handy to be able to walk a block to Uptown Mall to shop, go to the library or grab a coffee while I wait.
