We took my fathers truck in to get a quote and a couple days later they told us it was going to cost us $6,000!!!! I asked them for details over the phone and they were saying they had to fix our cracked windshield, which was perfectly intact, and some other non-existant issues (it was about 4 months ago we took it in so I dont remember the exact details). We got the bare minimum done on it so it was running enough to get it back to our mechanic and he charged us $350 to get it going. Our mechanic also noticed that our tires werent put on properly and said whoever had done it didnt know what they were doing. Seeing as the only other people to have touched our vehicles alignment was Marigold Service Ltd. I know it was them who improperly put it back together. I found them dishonest.

I brought my car in for the provincial inspection and I dealt with Judith and Mike when I came in. They were incredibly friendly and a delight to talk to. The inspection didnt take very long and they were really knowledgable when it came down to what my car needed or didnt need. They also gave me a great price on new tires. I will be going back and will probably sign up for their 400,000 kms club. I also dealt with Liam on my way out and he was great too! The staff were all great though and definitely persuaded me to keep coming back for as long as possible. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and great mechanic work!

Marigold service is a small local neighbourhood business where you and your vehicle will be cared for. Owners, Ray and Judith, along with their staff (who have been there for as long as we can recall) offer excellent customer service, providing insights about your vehicle and what to expect for the years ahead. They take time to make sure everything is running properly , and if they cant figure it out, they wont stop trying until they do. Marigold Service has gone above and beyond what one would expect out a out of their mechanic. Thank you to all the friendly staff there for past nine years and for the years to come.

I worked for Ray and Judith for over a year and unfortunately left due to heath reasons. I really enjoyed my time working at the shop, Ray and Judith are very honest people and were a pleasure to work for. Fellow techs Liam and Daniel are both very knowledgable and the quality of work that leaves this shop is top notch. I really miss working for Ray and Jude, it was a blast and Ill never forget it. One look at Rays legendary moustache and youll know you are in good hands - the greasy dad jokes are just the icing on the cake.

I first took my vehicle to Marigold for the provincial inspection when I moved home to B.C. a few years back. They figured out an electrical problem in 15 minutes, that a Toyota dealer couldnt figure out for an hour (which they charged me full price for). Needless to say Ive been coming back ever since and never been disappointed.
