Malibu Motors is the exception to the stereotype of your typical used car dealership. From day one I was treated like gold and enjoyed the customer service and support from John, Sean and Dylan. Buying a used car doesnt come with some degree of risk, however I was blown away by the friendliness, transparency, and dedication to make me a happy customer. While my car had some minor issues soon after I bought it, the Malibu team made it their priority to address the issue to my satisfaction. The fact that Malibu has their own dedicated service shop is a huge asset. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to buy a used/pre-owned car. They will not be satisfied until you are satisfied and have a smile on your face. Go check them out.

My wife and I bought our first car together here, and we were thrilled by the customer service we received and by the overall experience. We were immediately impressed by the place, as it was well put-together and did not look and feel like a stereotypical dealership that sells used cars. John took care of us from start to finish, and was completely transparent and helpful in explaining all of the details going into the purchase-- he even followed up with us afterwards to see how everything was going. Sean, one of the owners, was also very helpful and personable. Bottom line, we felt very taken care of throughout the entire process, and trusted the thoroughness of Malibu in providing us with a high-quality car.

I cannot say enough how much we appreciated the superb customer service we received. This was the first stop of many in our search for a new vehicle. Having gone to many dealerships none of them compared in customer service and price. We did not feel pressured when we walked on the lot, we felt we were heard when we described what type of vehicle we were in search of and what requirements it needed to have, we were not just shown something in hopes of making a sale. My experience with Malibu and there sales and service has been top notch. Initially went to them based on a recommendation and purchased a used VW for my wife. The process was hassle free and straight forward; no games or gimmicks. We then started using them for our service visits and once again theyve been accommodating and straight forward to deal with. When it came time to get another vehicle I provided them with my wish list and they helped me find a car that matched my needs and were once again top notch in all aspects. Great customer service from these guys. Had a bit of a different experience but they made things right. Bought a vehicle over the phone and had to take it to get at out of province inspection in a different province right after the purchase. The vehicle failed inspection, but they took care of everything at their cost and helped me out the entire way. Definitely not the case of a typical "used car dealership" these guys stand behind their product and ensure that you are happy and that a good experience is had by all. 100% would recommend as a reputable dealer.

I am extremely pleased with the vehicle that I purchased. The service was excellent, fair and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Malibu Motors. A couple of weeks after my purchase, my car was losing coolant. I returned to Malibu Motors and they promptly examined the car, determined that a rad hose was soft and replaced it at no charge to me. This quality of service was more than I expected. I highly recommend Malibu Motors. It will be the first place I go when it is time for another vehicle.

Small shop, big service. Personal and remarkably free of any slimey vibes for a used auto and service shop. We bought an SUV from here at low mileage and a very reasonable price, and havent seen a better deal on identical models since. I couldnt get to the shop to complete the paperwork, so they took it to my work and we got it done there. And if you need an honest mechanic, look no further. We continue to go to Dylan for our service needs, not just for basic maintenance but to get a trusted opinion. Highly recommend.

From Malibu Motors, I am on my third vehicle now. In my opinion this is the only place in Victoria to purchase a used vehicle or to have a vehicle serviced.The service aspect is absolutely stunning. Totally unsatisfactory and thus dangerous service. In May of 2016, had this shop replace timing belt in 2002 Subaru. Subsequently advised by a different shop, the bolt and bolt hole for tensioner had been badly damaged by installer. But when this was brought to his attention, Sean was nonplussed, ignored the fact it is an interference engine and offered only “to speak to the boys”.
