I first spoke to Gerry, he was extremely knowledgeable and looked after my inquiry needs very well. He speaks very highly of Peter and the business, a great sign. Once on site, Peter, the owner, was absolutely amazing. Very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, should be referred to as Dr. Battery, I will be back in two weeks to buy my motorcycle batteries and next month will purchase my solar panels for my 40 foot A Class motorhome. Cannot say enough about how great the service is at this small business. Will never shop anywhere else. I wish I could buy batteries from Island Batteries every week just to make me feel good.

Old school customer service that you dont get everyday! The guy who served me took the time to explain everything I wanted to know, then allowed me to borrow tools to install the new battery myself on the spot (so I didnt have to bring back the old battery later)... Im sure he would have done it himself if there werent other customers to serve. The replacement battery was also around half the price I was quoted at a big box parts supplier... and better quality with a better warranty too. Dont bother going anywhere else for batteries!

I have been buying my batteries here now for several years and I have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. Peter is very knowledgable about the products he sells and is very diligent in making sure you have the right battery/product for your application. If you need a battery or anything battery related this is, without question, the place to go.

We needed a new battery for our truck so after doing our research, we headed to Island Batteries to get a new one. They suggested a reconditioned battery instead, which comes with a great warranty and it was less cost so it helped save us some money as well. Very honest, polite and helpful people, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

In a word... Fantastic ! I got more than I paid for. I recently purchased batteries for my RV. I was referred to Island Batteries by a relative. Im glad I was. The guys here have been exceptional in helping me troubleshoot a charging issue with my RV. I have since purchased batteries for my golf cart & intend to patronize IB whenever I can.
