Looking for a good place to get my car washed but stumbled upon this guy, Hell take your keys and drive your vehicle into the automated washing station and when its done in like 10-15 mins drive it out and have one of his workers dry the vehicle, Not very clean on the wash as there were areas that the machine did not get so I had to take the microfibre towel from the worker who was given the task to manually dry my vehicle and wipe the areas that he just bypassed, not very good at the drying part either, I paid for an exterior wash and wax but the car looked as if it was just washed with soap, The worker that took my keys was not the friendliest of people but not the worst, This cost about $16.00 bucks plus taxes, there are other options nearby but if you really need to get your car washed well this should be a second or third option. Maybe I am being too picky but ill let you be the judge.

I was in a bind with my vehicle days before a planned road trip to Oregon. Rough starting, sometimes not starting, stalling and, to top if off, also had a broken window regulator. The dealership couldnt see me for two weeks. I spoke to Harb, who promptly made the correct diagnosis, got the required parts, and had me on the road again about as quickly as it could possibly be done. In addition, he went through the headache of dealing with my extended warranty company and getting the work done under warranty. Highly recommend these guys. Prompt, professional service at very fair prices.

I was having car troubles and right around closing time I went to Fairfield Auto. I just wanted someone to look at my battery terminal and have a quick assessment. Andrew was really polite and sincere. He asked one of the mechanics to have a look for me. After the mechanic had a look and I bought a part for $3.50, my car wouldnt start. The same mechanic helped me start my car again and I left thanking the staff. Such nice people and willing to help me without a charge. 5 STARS!

Had to get an inspection done for an out of province and they quoted me over $2000 in repairs. I was berated by the owner when I asked if there were cheaper options to fix it, just to get it to pass the inspection. I went to a different shop which was way more helpful and I got all of my repairs done under $800. Its a small, family run business who doesnt show any sincerity for customers situations. Go somewhere else if youre not looking to get over charged with poor customer service.

Im SO happy to have found this family run auto repair business. They are so clear about what they find and let you know whether the fix is required immediately or not. They always call if what is needed to be repaired is outside of the original estimate, which usually is not the case. If you need honest, friendly and knowledgeable, i highly recommend them.

i spent four years working as an apprentice for Harb and can honestly say that you wont find a more honest mechanic to look at your car and keep your best interest at heart. ill miss my days at Fairfield and am glad that I was able to work for someone who was honest and put his customers first.

very fair pricing and i like that it is usually one of the mechanics who calls you to explain any work that needs to be done or answer any questions. they are not pushy about work and tell me if things they notice are important or can wait till the next pay check. i like the free car wash too!

Definitely overcharging for the amount of work that they do. I was quoted 550 to replace an alternator when the part is $235 new and it takes about 15 minutes to replace...plus they charged me 125 dollars to recharge the battery and do a simple test. not recommended

I have been taking my car there for 20 years. I used to buy my gas there too. They are the best you can get. They always do only the repairs that are necessary. I get regular vehicle servicing reminders in the mail. Great friendly, expert and sincere service.

Very rough auto repair shop. This shop Dropped, Gouged and Scratched all of my brand new Lexus aluminum rims while replacing my tires. They do not have the proper machinery to install low profile tires. You will regret taking your beloved vehicle here.
