Couldnt be happier. Ethan at the Victoria shop was gracious, helpful, and very clear about what work definitely needed to be done and what the possibilities were on top. The quote was competitive, the estimate, work, and replacement parts sourced and installed very quickly, the attention to detail second to none (including the super-clean car on pickup -- our vehicle is mainly for trips down rough roads, or up to skiing or hiking; it hasnt been that clean since we bought it!). Every interaction was miles ahead quality-wise from any other shop Ive worked with, and certainly better than the other shops I asked for quotes this time. Cheers, guys!

Being female I would confidently recommend Fix Auto! Im cautious of where I take my vehicle in for repairs so when an unfortunate accident happened and I needed a certified repair shop. I phoned around. Then I chose Fix Auto in Victoria. My experience and service far surpassed my expectations. Ethan and his crew were knowledgeable, competent and efficient. Ethan even took time on the weekend to come in to meet with me. Ethan earned my respect and trust. I give this location 5 stars.

Very professional and amazing service. Fix Auto did a great job repairing my vehicle and setting me up with a rental car. They went above and beyond by communicating clearly and concisely with me in regards to letting me know when my vehicle would be done and repaired. Would highly recommend Fix Auto as a choice of car body shop.
