We had originally planned to borrow a vehicle from friends to travel up to Parksville for our wedding. When it turned out be 5 days up-island, it was clear we would be imposing too much to borrow a car for that long. My bride-to-be phoned Enterprise in Victoria (Government & Bay St) and booked a sensible mid-size vehicle. Being as it was our wedding and once in a lifetime, I called back, expecting to plead my case to get an upgrade of some sorts. A No begging or bribery was necessary, after hearing that we were getting married, Amir swiftly and professionally bought a customer for life from me by upgrading our lowly Camry to a Cherry Red 2014 Ford Mustang Convertible, for a discount off what it would typically cost. This vehicle made a picture-perfect wedding even better, and I will forever appreciate this example of great customer service. Although we were on a restricted budget, being able to drive up in a classic car was a great feeling. I owe it Amir to indicate that I wouldnt expect everyone should get an upgrade whenever they show up at this location- I doubt any business could remain in business doing that all the time- but he and the other guys will demonstrate they will scale up their service to meet your situation.

I rented a car for one day from this place on Saturday and returned the car the next day. They close on Sunday, so I returned the car and put the key in the deposit box. The next day, I get a call from the office saying that there is a damage on the car. I am 100% sure that I didnt make any damage to the car but I have no proof. I told them that I will come in to see how big the damage is and they told me that they already rented out the car to somebody else for a week! So, I again asked them to call me back when the car is returned so that I can see the damage before its sent to the shop for fix. Didnt get a call back. Instead, they sent the car to the shop without telling me beforehand and billed me for $500.00. I dont understand how this kind of thing can happen. I made a mistake by not properly checking the car condition when I rented the car and signing the contract. The agent of course was not careful either and didnt inspect the car firmly when renting it out. This place is a piece of crap. I will never go back to this place and will do anything to stop people from renting car from Enterprise.

This is not for a specific enterprise location but rather enterprise as a whole... The car we rented had an electrical malfunction so we were instructed to call the 24/7 emergency number for a tow and exchange vehicle. We did that and were told a bunch of misinformation about locations, including hours that they are open, to get a new rental and then essentially had to do their job for them as they didnt know where any enterprise locations around us were or what their hours were. After finding this out for them and then finally getting something sorted, we waited about 2.5 hours, were called and notified that we would have a new car brought in 20-25 minutes (location it was too come from is 20 minutes from us). Shortly after that the tow company called and said they would also be there in the same time frame. Hour later, were still waiting so we called the 24/7 number back to check the status of our vehicle. We were rudely told it would be at least another hour as "car exchange takes 4-5 hours" and that was that. Thus far we are still waiting, it has now been 4 hours...

The manager was very nice. However, after getting into a collision that I wasnt liable for, I was told by my claims adjuster in Alberta that I was entitled to a rental vehicle of my vehicles class or higher. I drive a luxury vehicle, so I got excited. But, this was not possible due to the fact that I am under the age of 25; the best thing they were able to get me was a Kia Optima. Needless to say, I was disappointed. And, on top of that, again because of my age, I have to pay a $5 surcharge every day I have this vehicle that was not my choice to rent. I dont like being discriminated against for my age; I consider myself a high functioning and mature person. Although, I am understanding, and this is likely a province wide policy. But come on.. The $5 surcharge couldnt be waved??

Picked up car in Victoria...checking in took longer than necessary...the guy that was taking care of me got interrupted every half a minutes ( no kidding here, seriously) by other associates, so much so it delayed my check in for over 15 minutes, while those that were being helped got on their way while I was waiting for my " experienced" associate to come back and process my file....and what capped it was there were no apologies.( hence I am giving 3 stars overall)... The drop off at Vancouver was handled professionally which deserved 5 stars but the experience in Victoria pulled it down.

We rented from the location and we were running late. We called ahead to let them know and when we arrived no cara were available. We had to wait a bit until they had a car for us but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of, even waiving some additional fees. All of this while being smiling and polite, and providing us with really useful travel advice. 5-plus star customer service. We will definitely be renting from Enterprise and this location in particular on our next trip.

Excellent experience renting a car in Victoria and returning it in Vancouver. Even had a call from Rogelio, the customer rep, at the end of the first day to make sure everything was OK. The car was relatively new and had been well-serviced when we picked it up. Rogelio and I went over the car carefully looking for existing damage before we left. Enterprise was the only rental agency in Victoria at this time allowing a drop off in Vancouver.

Frustrated that we can pick up but when we needed to drop off close to the airport on our departure day it was going to cost us $125 plus tax... Told that during the summer they want to keep their fleet close to home locations. I can understand if I was driving to Calgary... But its the airport... 20 minutes away... No shuttle service to solve the problem either. Disappointed

Very satisfied with the efficient service of the staff specially by Brian the manager. Something unusual happened. I forgot my cellphone in the car and the next day I contacted Brian to check if my cellphone was in the car. He found my cellphone and promised to send it to my home address at no cost to me. Thats outstanding service!!!

They falsified my bill and overcharged me for three days that I wasnt even in the country. They jerked me around for ages claiming they were looking into it. Months later Im still fighting my credit card company over it. The car itself was fine but I feel completely ripped off. Do not rent here.

Rented car in Victoria, BC and had a great experience. An Enterprise employee met us at the Clipper terminal and took us to the rental facility which made for a smooth transition to our vacation. In reverse, quick check in and was delivered back to the terminal. An overall great experience.
