We had the most amazing customer service with Maria from Didi car rentals in Victoria - unlike anything I have ever imagined! She went above and beyond. She was so accommodating, responded to our requests immediately and went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we needed. We rented a Chevrolet Cobalt which was perfect for the city and our overnight trip to Sooke. I would highly recommend Didi car rentals in Victoria!

I gave Didi a good Yelp review but thought Id add one on Google Maps too because I often use it Didi car rental didnt have a lot of reviews and I was hesitant to use maps. I was not disappointed with the price and service I got from Didi. I got a Camry at a great price. Their website could be a easier to navigate but they tell me that its being redesigned.

Nice and friendly staff, conveniently located, and nice selection of cars. Very competitive price. I got a very nice Toyota Corolla for five days. As other people commented, they are updating the website, so the information on the website might not be updated. Give them a call to verify price and availability before you go.

The car I rented was very clean and great. They have a great customer service and staff there are amazing. I didnt have to wait for my car to be ready and return process was very smooth. We walked there from downtown and used the ride service back to downtown. I highly recommend this place.

DiDi Rental was great. The price was extremely competitive and the selection was awesome. They even let us extended our rental by a few days when we decided that having a car was way more convenient for the areas we wanted to visit. Would recommend to travelers.

Good service. Although not a lot of options but friendly to any customers. They also offer youth around 19 years old a option to rent a car. This is the Best part.And they also have services such as car washing and professional cleaning & waxing.

They had very good service and was always friendly. We rented a car for a couple of days and it was quite cheap. The car was clean and in pretty good conditions. It was easy to book online or via phone. All in all, good experience!
