Craftsman –Colwood location I would never recommend this company. I had an accident Jan 2011. My front Lexus RX330 whole front end damage. I called Lexus of Victoria and they recommend Craftsman Collision. I called downtown location busy packed. So I called Colwood location looked at my car total cost was 15,000 to repair. Car worth only about 16-18k. I went to Dodge dealership on Douglas to get a new car. Dodge dealership staff went to look at the vehicle and made us an offer if we purchased a car from them they would give us $1500.00 for our damaged Lexus. The next day TROY from Craftsman called us and offer a FIRM quote of 2500 to buy the car. He had the car in the shop for 3 days by this time. After getting all the paperwork done we called up TROY at craftaman and he “changed his mind”. This is why we are so angry: He called us to buy the vehicle we did not call him. So now we are out 2500 or definite amount of 1500 and that is the amount Dodge dealership was giving us. Now what do we do?? Stay away from this business not Men of their word. I would never recommend this business to anyone. I also have a call in to Lexus to stop recommending Craftsman repair to anyone.

******DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHILE TO ANY CHAIN COLLISION PLACES******* Shitty services, not did I get 1estimate but 2 after the fact, no communication between whom your dealing with (staff wise) didnt go over to why writing my car off as another staff member did for him (Brian) claiming more damage then there really was as they just wanted my car off the road to begin as thats the first thing that came out of his mouth, start looking for another car when all I HAD was hood damage from a deer!!! Keep in mind their parts are guaranteed for life as they charge you double the parts, labour as thats why there quotes are highly over priced !!!

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!I took my car there to have front passenger side repaired- Employee took picture of car and said they do it for everyone. When I went to pick up my care, the drivers side had been side swiped. The manager tried to tell me I was lying and I said that his employee would have taken a photo of the damage that wasnt being repaired, he grudgingly agreed to repair the damage. He still insisted that I was lying. They did a terrible job. I highly recommend Fernys if you want honest, reliable, consistently excellent work.

This is a clean, well run shop. I was impressed by how quickly I was able to drop my car off and get my loaner. And it was just as efficient when I picked my car up. The staff were all friendly, and the work done on the car seemed very good too. Its a pleasure to be able to provide a good review for a place that delivers good service like that.

I had an awful experience with this outfit. Their work was sub-par. Things not fixed properly. Had to keep going back. Still not fixed. Made promises but then wouldnt honor them. Arrogant, condescending and rude man in the front office. Just dont deal with this business.

Craftsman Collision has done superb work on my past two vehicles, from small repairs to large. Its the only repair shop in Victoria that I would use. The service received has consistently gone above and beyond. They are a great team.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! THESE CLOWNS DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. THEY SCREWED UP MY REPAIR AND THEY WOULDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. THE MANAGER THERE IS A TOTAL IDIOT.

I wish I had seen these posts before I took my car to these yahoos!! Bad experience with the quality of the repairs to my 2008 Lexus. Ill never deal with them again.
