First of all, I just want to say that all of the people I dealt with in person were very warm and pleasant. The repairs to my car were also of high calibre. I did leave feeling a little like the customer that fell through the cracks though as I was consistently forgotten about. Initially, they forgot to call me to set up an appointment to fix my car and they forgot to let me know that my car parts were MIA thus it would take a little longer to get my car in. When I finally got my car in to be repaired I inquired about getting a replacement car. I was quickly assured the repairs would be a one-day job and so agreed to go without a car for the day. I waited 3 full days before it was done without them ever initiating contact to let me know it would take longer than expected (I had to call them on day 2). Granted, when I brought this up with them they did apologize. In any event, I would suggest they remember to value and communicate with their customers.

I recently had my 2011 BMW repaired for some back bumper and passenger-side door damage at Advance Collision. They were among 3 quotes that I obtained for this particular work. The written quote and friendliness of the shop manager convinced me that this was the place to go. They had my vehicle for 3 days. The work was superb and my wife, who is always hard to please, approved whole-heartedly the job they did. If the great job itself was not enough, Advance Collision also washed the car, vacuumed the interior and, it seems, shampooed the rugs. Wow ! You cant go wrong with these guys. I should add they were 80% cheaper than the shop that the BMW dealership in town recommended, but very much in line with the other quotes I obtained. Well done, guys.

Fantastic auto-body repair shop. I was unfortunately involved in two accidents within one month (both not my fault!!) and Advance did the work for both. They handled both repairs quickly and offered free alternate transportation. This is the shop for you no matter how small or large your needs are. They unbelievably repaired my almost written-off car within two business day. After they finish your body work they will also give your car a complete scrub down! Inside and out. I cant imagine going to any other shop after seeing the level of service Advance Collision offers. If youre on the fence about going to another repair shop, go to Advance!!

I was fairly upset when I arrived here with my crunched fender and had not contacted my insurance company. Kevin and the office person (sorry I dont know her name) were wonderful. They helped me through the insurance claim, quickly had everything ready for the claim, ordered the parts and phoned me when it was time to have the repair. The repair was finished one day early. When I went to pick up my car, not only was the repair perfect but the outside and inside had been thoroughly cleaned. I recommend this place to anyone who needs auto body work. They guarantee their work and are a member of the Better Business Bureau.

My truck was bumped while parked in a lot. The next morning my insurance company gave me local options, however I heard bad reviews so I reached out to friends and family. Advanced was recommended a few times so I took the chance. From start to finish the entire staff were helpful, knowledgable, and speedy. They arranged my rental car and pickup/drop off. I asked a couple of people if they might recommend a no hassle bodyshop in Victoria, then I read some online reviews and decided to go with Advanced Collision. My experience: this is by far the best bodyshop in Victoria (and I bet anywhere on the island) to bring your car for repair. Friendly people, fast and high quality results - these guys are the best. This was a no-head-ache experience! Highly recommended. PS: they even wash your car inside-out as a bonus;)

Posting on behalf of my 74 year old grandmother: The service from beginning to end was amazing. They were extremely friendly and helpful to a person with minimal car related knowledge. The end result was literally like new again, and their rates were extremely reasonable. What I thought would be a $3500 job ended up being around $2500. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get autobody work done.

Excellent customer service. I brought my car in for minor bodywork repair. I had the forms filled out and was driving away in my courtesy rental within 5 minutes. My car was ready the next morning. Not only was the bodywork fixed, but theyd also replaced a burnt out bulb and cleaned the car inside and out. Again, I was driving away within 5 minutes. Quick, efficient, friendly. A class act all round.

After spending $13,000 to fix my car had major exhaust problem, I wanted to test the car before picking it up but they did not let me. took the car back there next day, after weekend and they told me I had an accident to the bottom of my car and refused to fix it. Coincidental, I "had" an accident exactly where they fixed it and next day. So be aware of these guys. Wont go back ever. Be careful!!

They are professional, but, the repair service and time is bad. Took my car in after getting hit pretty bad when parked on the street. Took them over a month to get it done and now It has all kinds of problem with clicking sound, dashboard light.etc. I moved to Vancouver and I am ready to make another claim with ICBC.....
