Garbage place. Always check your car after it is washed. You will fine a lot of Scratches on your car. When you ask the old guy there, you will get that "I am not gonna take any responsibility for scratches. Local garbage, wash clean I will not speak. It will destroy your car, but also understand English. Do not let you pull the door also kept in the car wash. After washing found scratches, but also Repudiation. The old man will tell you I am not gonna take any responsibility. Chinese people do not want to go there, they closed down the best. If you do not care if your car scratched, you go. These words addressed to the Chinese people.

On Sat. May 28 around 1:30pm, I came to Sensha-ya Hand Car Wash on a somewhat wet day so there was no line-up. I had a fairly good experience with the team who cleaned both the exterior and interior of my car. After I left, I noticed that they missed cleaning the front interior dashboard section. I didnt have time to go back the same day so went back the following day in the afternoon. When I mentioned this to the staff, a man (who appears to be the owner) comes out with a very unfriendly and judgemental look. I told him the situation and subsequently asked him if he believed me or not. With no change in body language or tone he says no and continues to look very judgmentally at my car while his staff wiped down the missed section. If I could give a 0/5 I would, due to the extreme lack of customer service for what was a very easy solution. Its unfortunate that with a team that is willing to serve customers that there is an owner who doesnt even appreciate his customers. Needless to say I wont be returning ever again.

Shitty place, will never go back again. Scratches your car by using dirty wash mitts, same mitt without ever rinsing out the dirt or dipping it in the water after they start washing your car. This causes dirt and small rocks to be dragged around your paint from top to bottom while they wash the car. Theyre also careless when it comes to the car. I had a model car on top of my dash in the corner, which they crushed while simply wiping down the interior with a cloth. The windshield, wipers, etc of the model car were all destroyed. I have went to countless other wash places and never had this problem. I talked to the owner, he just said its my own fault because no one is supposed to put anything on the car dash. What a bunch of bull, there are lots of people out there with cell phone holders, gps, bobble heads, or whatever on their dash. If you go to this place, make sure you do a full walk around and give them hell if they scratch the car, which they most likely will.

The service there sucks. I waited in line for half an hour to get my car washed. It was busy around rush hours. I was ok to wait. However, after I paid the bill with 10% tips, I cannot open my trunk!!!!!!!!!!!! It was just a nightmare to talk with the manager. They broke my trunk after washing my car. And the person who takes payment (believe he is the owner) said to me:"the solution is you take your car to the dealership to get it fixed! I do not know what to do." That is what his customer service is. He also refused to return my payment for the car wash. SUCKSS. They do not know what is "customer service", not even know what is "customer care". I paid $$$50 to get my car damaged with not even receiving even "sorry" from them. I encourage everyone that reads this message not go to this place to wash your car and tell all of your friend not go to this NO CUSTOMER SERVICE place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very disappointed !! Not recommend~I just went there and had my car wash. I paid $30 for my pearl colour prius V. When I get my car back, they didnt clean my mats.I asked them to clean the mats, the staff told me that i didnt mentioned to them at the beginning and now costs $1.50each,end up I paid extra $6.30 to get it done...after i left, I checked up my car and they didnt even clean the leather seats....even external still has black mark on it if u look closely,all the handles still have rainny mark on them!! I should check before i leave. Will never be there again !!!

I dont recommend this place. When the people there clean my rear window, he slammed back the rear wiper really hard. The wiper was broken. I talked with the manager about the broken wiper, he told me I should get off the car to talk with the guy by myself. Because I didnt get off, so it was my fault. Come on, water all around, and there is a sign says "do not get off the car until been told". The worst experience car wash experience ever.

This place used to be my go to place for car washes. The price was reasonable and the wash was clean. Nowadays this place is getting more and more expensive while the quality of the wash is degrading proportionally. To be fair most of the time this place is super busy with cars backing up to the road. I did notice that my car has gotten a lot of small swirl marks and scratches after few washes at this place. I do not recommend this place.

Worst car wash you can find $60 car wash and I have to wash it again back home. Tried to tell the girl theres still salt/sand on the running board and she just brushed it off the side I pointed out. Yup, there are more than 10 large spots thats the size of my palm missed. Not even a half a** job. Not even a quarter a** job. Just dont go. Save the money cause you have to wash it yourself again anyways

Great car wash! The folks doing the cleaning are usually on point. If they are really busy, they sometimes do miss a spot here or there, but in general, they get the job done well. I love the Speed Shine Wax, it really does help make the car have that extra sparkle and helps keep it looking clean a bit longer. This is my go to place to get my cars washed, other than doing it myself.

I have been trying to find a place to do car wash and detailing for a long time. With kids and busy schedule, it seems impossible. Until I tried this place, they are fast and friendly. I even clean my Mats with just a few dollars extra. I am a very happy customer who will go back for sure. Just make sure you go in the first two hours at their slow time slots.

As a first time customer to this car wash I wasnt expecting much, but boy was I wrong. These guys are amazing and for the price youre paying, it cant be beat! I made the mistake of tipping first before taking a look at the finished detailing, and believe me I wont make that mistake again! -White Honda Civic

This place was amazing when they first opened. The service and quality was stellar. The last year or so however the quality has really dropped. Clear coat removed from my car and many many missed spots. Turning into the other regular car wash place that are based on numbers, but not quality. Too Bad.
