First, I am a monthly member user, and I want to share my experience. The machine does not wash the back of your car , you always need to ASK the reception to spray your car behind first before go into the lane or else it will never clean the back. Whenever you finish check your car , if you find dust behind you can go back and ask for a rewash. They are really too lazy to have a spray or they dont like to do this until you ask. I tested if I dont say anything and they wont do it. I see a few cars in front of me they spray for them. But in my turn, they just skip it. I go back again and tell them its too dirty behind, they will give you a second wash but they dont spray the back too. At the end of the day, after 2nd wash my license plate area is still dusty. I will sure ask everytime to have a spray before go into the lane.

Pretty good compared to others but still not great. I paid for the $15 wash, which is the best, and it didnt get some mud spots on the car. The car wasnt completely dry after the wash. The wheels and rims were washed as a part of the $15 deal but it left a lot of dirty spots on the rims, tires look a bit shinny though. The car was waxed too and look really good. Over all it was good and Id come back here again.

It took me around 5 mins from start to finish in the tunnel, much better results than touch less wash in the gas station. good for my daily driver car, Price are OK, but if you really concerned about any scratch, u should go looking for some detailing service or hand wash. Other than that ,they have promotion deals for $40 with 4 $15 wash, which is great. Highly recommend!

Bought the Groupon for 3 washes, which seemed like it was a good deal. Big mistake! The rolling correlator scratched up my front left rim all around. Avoid this place if you want to keep your car damage-free.
