From my first email inquiring about the Range Rover thru the final step of driving out with my vehicle, every step was handled with extreme professionalism. From the phone operator, receptionist, to Max (our sales consultant) and Jason (GM/owner of LP auto) each one was very helpful, easy to work with,and answered all of my questions. I had been searching for a luxury SUV, and had no luck with local dealers in Greater Vancouver area. There were no cars that met my specification, it was at that time, I started searching the internet on buying from the states. With the exchange currency being favourable, I decided that importing a vehicle from the states would be a viable option. However, with a demanding job, and growing family, I had no time to learn about the whole import process, let alone deal with all the paperwork redtape at the border, so I decided to leave it up to Max and LP auto, and they delivered on time and with style!! Max (along with Jason) worked hard and diligently to locate a car in Seattle that met my specifications. Little did I know within 24 hours, we had deal. Max was great at informing me about the status of my vehicle. He was able to answer my questions right away, or was fast to return every phone call. Approximately a week and a half later, my range rover was here!! Max had it inspected locally, converted daylight saving lights, converted the mileage gauge to metric, had the vehicle washed and detailed, removed the “illegal” tinting of front windows, purchased floor mats on my behalf, and had arranged for autoplan to arrive on the spot to complete the whole process. Very little wait. Professional Service, Very reliable. Don’t get fooled by the appearance of the LP auto dealership. When you 1st walk into their dealership, there is no fancy salesperson wearing suit and tie, there is no snobbiness, they don’t spend time “brown-nosing” you with offering you fancy cappuccino or domperignon, there is no fancy lounge, nor plasma TV. Don’t get me wrong: LP auto dealership is very clean but Zen-like minimalistic (small leatherette sofa in front of reception, and open-style cubicles). It’s efficient, and suited my style. Rather LP auto understands that our common goal to focus all their energy on to purchase a great car at a great deal. Jason Mayhew and his excellent sales associate Max are very approachable, very courteous, and go beyond the duty. Max (my car specialist) took the time to show me all features of the vehicle which aided in my selection of this vehicle for purchase. He is very informed, and does not rush you. I did not anticipate purchasing the vehicle on this day, but due to the pricing and mileage, and most importantly, the patience, dedication, and professionalism of the crew at LP auto, I purchased the vehicle. I would recommend LP Auto to potential buyers and would recommend that they request Max as a sales consultant! I will definitely recommend LP auto, to my colleagues and friends, and will likely being going back to them for my next car purchase!! Kudos to Jason Mayhew and his crew at LP AUT0! AAA+++

Great service and saved over $7,000 on my new Highlander! We gave Max and LP Auto a challenge as we had specific requirements for a white Limited Highlander with black leather (not available in Canada) with the added challenge of not having Nav or DVD included. Max found it within the contract timelines and I saved enough to buy each of my kids an iPad of their own so they can take their movies with them! Delivery was fast and easy once it hit the border, and Max has been responsive in post-sale follow up calls. As long as the dollar stays strong and Canadian car dealers continue to charge too much for the same US vehicle, I will definitely buy my next vehicle through Max and LP! I have referred Max and LP to several people already!

The entire team was great! Excellent customer service ! Highly recommend! I have bought 2 vehicles from them for work and the team will bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. my first vehicle was a Sprinter Cargo Truck which i requested and they went out of their way and found exactly what i needed in the right price range. Just a few days again, I needed to upgrade my day-to-day truck and they found me the perfect vehicle in the exact price range I can afford. although i was busy with work, staff was willingly able to meet me to take care of paper work . Very fast, efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

May 2012, Excellent customer service. First time buying a vehicle from the USA and LP Auto made it easy. I purchased a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. Saved considerable amount of money. Chris, my sales person, was awesome and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Delivery was professional and I will recommend this company to anyone. They were very fair, and accommodating with our trade in, and we recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I think that the smaller dealers tend to be more customer focused than the larger ones, and LP Auto is definitely an prime example of this!

Unbelievable! I didnt think I could save that much on a one year old vehicle, Knowledgeable staff and a great savings. They really know what theyre doing when it comes to importing vehicles. I spent 4500 dollars less on my 2010 RX350 than the cheapest one advertised in Canada. Got an amazing rate on my financing even when I thought this vehicle may have been out of my reach.

LP Auto sold my car super fast for me. It was actually easier than I had thought it would be and saved me a lot of time since I was trying to sell it myself for a while. Earlier this year I bought a BMW 335i from LP Auto. The staff there was friendly and very knowledgable and informative when it came to the car specs, warranty and financing options. Most importantly, the staff were very accommodating to my needs and not pushy at all, which is pete peeve of mine. Would definitely come back to buy another vehicle here!
