We went on vacation on Dec, 2016 and had to find affordable one-week parking in the YVR airport. We pre-booked the parking online on Dec, 2016 and we have saved a lot of money. We paid less than $70 for parking the car there for a week by pre-booking online and using the BCAA member benefit when we pre-booked. The parking lot is very easy to find. When we arrived, we found a parking spot within 5 mins. Were very happy with the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service, the shuttle bus drivers are super friendly polite and helpful and they even helped us to put the luggage onto the shuttle bus. We did not have to wait for long at all to get the ride from the shuttle bus before and after the trip. That really helped us a lot because its snowing and we did not have to wait for the shuttle bus for long. We had waited for only a few minutes for the shuttle bus both ways. And the ride took about 5 to 6 mins only. They exceed my expectations. Were so happy with the excellent service that we fully recommend Jetset parking to everyone! One tip to those of who pre-book parking online and pay full amount online, you should bring a printed copy of your confirmation number and QR code with you to the airport, and when you come back from your trip to get the car, when u exit the parking, choose the exit booth with a staff so he or she can review your printed copy of your confirmation number and QR code.

The customer service representatives require extensive training in how to treat a customer. Had an issue with being charged a second time on site for a reservation already paid online. The first person I spoke to literally said "so what is your problem?" The second person simply began yelling at me about this was all due to my mistake. Not letting me explain that the system was experiencing issues and would read my license plate or my reservation code. Attempted to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 15 minutes then told managers are not available. Taking a taxi to the airport from now on.....

Very nice parking lot near YVR. The shuttle is always prompt and we never waited more than a couple of minutes. Finding a parking spot here was rather difficult though with what seemed like very few spots available. Make sure you remember which stop to drop you off at as youll be spending hours trying to find you car otherwise.

Big lot, shuttles run 24 hours to get you to the terminal and not terribly expensive when compared to taking a taxi to the airport.
