I ordered a battery for my MBP. Right from the beginning the battery wouldnt charge and when i turned on the Macbook it said the battey wasnt their. I tried running the machine on what was left of the charged it was shipped with and it started turning off every couple of minutes without warning. I called and spoke to a woman who said the battery was tested before it left and if i was defective i had to prove it. I was also told that they would not refund all my money and that if i wanted another i would have to pay for the shipping myself.
