Just wanted to say that the experience with Craftsman was very good from the begin to the end. I was clipped by another driver and had some rear bumper damage. Because it was the other drivers fault, I was not on the hook for the ICBC claim. As far as the actual experience it was good. They are a busy shop so it took awhile for my car to be taken in to be repaired (ie 2 weeks). Nothing I could do about it. The estimator took the time to walk me through the process of what would like need to be repaired, as well as getting a good reason for why the actions are taking place. Pretty thorough run down of what was about to be done. Very good customer service from that end. Once the job was done (about a week) a complete run down of what was done and the time it took to get everything back in order. Very detailed and well explained. I would recommend this autobody shop to anyone else needed to get a repair done and get a repair done well. Thanks to Jackie, the estimator, and Jason for doing the follow up e-mail giving me a timeline of when things were to be finished.

Someone hit our left bumper and fender and we brought it to Craftsman Collision (Richmond). Everything about the company spells great customer service. They handle each and everyone who comes into their office with the utmost respect, and the quality of service? impeccable. Our car looks newer than brand new! :-) They are very proactive in letting you know of the progress of the repair, they will make it a point to message you or call you for updates. And its not like they are not busy (theyre always booked!), these personal touches are what makes them one of the best in the industry. Thank you, Lily, Jacky, Jason, Ricky, our autobody technician Joy and painter Leo. Your team are the greatest! Very highly recommended.

THEY DID IT AGAIN - CANT GET OVER IT !!! Jason Mok and staff go way beyond "the extra mile". For me, 4 times now they have gone at least 1609.34 Km beyond the extra mile. Early in the year while I was under the stress of caring for my husband, who had cancer, they took care of two different side swipes to my car, managing paperwork and everything else without my having a worry about it. Then a few months later while in the stress of grief I pulled my front bumper/under carriage out as I went over a curb, they had it fixed very quickly, ashamed to say I did the same thing yesterday, and Jason had it fixed without charge. I wish I could have given him more than a big hug. Thanks so much you guys, you are awesome.

I recently had to bring in my car after a fender bender and was pleased to discover that Craftsman Collision made the situation so easy to deal with. All of the staff that I dealt with were extremely friendly and ensured that I had a pleasant experience. The estimate process seemed fast and easy as was dropping off and picking up my car to be fixed. The courtesy car was very nice to drive and even had bluetooth connectivity to connect my phone to the car. The work done to my rear bumper was extremely well done and although I hope to not have to use their services again, I would happily come back to the Richmond location of Craftsman Collision if I require their services again.

Two weeks ago I brought my car in to the Craftsman Collision location in Richmond for an ICBC claim for paint repairs. I was blown away by the friendly and professional service I received from every employee through the process. They explained what needed to be done, timeline for the job, arranged for a "loaner car" and completed the task quicker than expected which was such a bonus. The expert technicians returned my car in such good shape the paint job looks as new as when it came off the factory floor. Cant thank the team enough and I would highly recommend the team at Craftsman Collision on Alderbridge Way. Check them out!

Excellent work done on my jeep, exceptional customer service by their manager Jason Mok. Friendly, courteous and respectful. He helped me out when I was pressed for time, and went a bit out if his way to try to accommodate me. The facility is nice and clean, and the front office staff is well groomed and they represent their company nicely. Would highly recommend.

He explained everything thoroughly for every step and took care of my third party claim process as well. No hassles or worries.
