I have an 08 G37S with about 167kms on it, the car is lowered. I have been doing all the maintenance myself oil changes, brakes....the works. I was having a weird issue and a code was coming up "random cylinder multiple misfire". I could not find out what it was...from the little experience that I had I thought if change the plugs and coil packs it would solve the problem, with no luck I took the car to Auto West Infiniti to have it diagnosed "professionally". Like all Infiniti dealerships it had a really nice upscale feel to it, people are nice and friendly. Dropped the keys off to Jaime, and left it there for the night. The next afternoon I got a call saying that it was the worst case scenario for my car. The oil was leaking through the piston rings and making its way up into the intake manifold (Engine Blow-By). It would require a new engine. I went and picked my car up with the only recommendation given to me was to "keep cleaning out the throttle bodies and intake manifold and make sure to top off the oil, other than that get a new engine". I left Auto West in complete awe of needing an new engine and a "professional diagnostic bill" of $156 and the lingering feeling in the back of my head that Id have to buy a new engine...an engine cost anywhere from $9,000-$13,000. Few weeks later i told a frined my situation and he said there is no way you need a new engine, and told me to have the car checked out at a local mechanics. After calling different mechanics and letting them know the exact details that Auto West Infiniti had told me ALL of them had said to check the PCV system. One mecahnic in particular was really shocked that an Infiniti dealership out of all places would give a diagnosic like Blow-By without a compression test. The oil in my intake manifold and throttle bodies was due to clogged PCV valves (That I was able to get both for $25) and not engine Blow-By. The problem of the misfire was a complicated diagnostic it was figured out by Ryan at RG Diagnostics in South Surrey. The misfire was caused by a faulty air/fuel ratio sensor a $300 part. Since then I have put another 5000km on it and it drives like a dream. So it cost me ~$325 to have my car fixed and not around $11,000 for a new engine that Auto West Infiniti thought I needed. I called the service manager there Mick, to complain about the useless diagnostic that I paid for and he said "I was not there at the time of the diagnostic but after looking at the evidences I stand by my technicians that I would have made the call on Blow-By as well". Also he had backed it up by saying we have seen cars with less kms than mine with the Blow-By issue. (Maybe because they had their car serviced at Auto West?). It scares me because some of those people might have actually gotten their engine replaced by Auto West based on a incorrect diagnostic. But all in all I had a very bad experience at this Infiniti dealership and if an Infiniti dealership cant get a diagnostic right on an Infiniti they really do not know the cars they service. Would not recommend the service department at Auto West to anyone...go to some other Infiniti dealership or at a Nissan.

We visited Auto West Infiniti Ltd Richmond BC automall. Samuel Que helped us with the sales. We are leaving the city so we are selling our Inifiniti back to the dealership (where we bought from also). Sam Que is a kind, professional, and helpful individual. We have visited various locations to sell the car, and this dealership matches with one of the most desirable services and prices. We have loved our cars and now we believe the pre-owned will be in good hand. They have offered to do lots of proper maintainance and minor repairs. So the next owner can enjoy the maximum benefits and advantages of the car. The general manager Len and the manager John have also helped with the inspection and estimation. Their professional opinion and explaination made the process a lot more easier. Their careful evaluation and recommendations are also giving us more educational perspectives so we are comfortable with the sales. Having a good team to take care of the car selling process can make the transitions a lot more easier! I highly recommend you to work with Sam and his teammates, they can think from your perspective and help you to make the best choice. Thank you Samuel Que again for helping us out! We greatly appreciate it!! We will refer more friends and family members to give you more businesses because you are a professional and helpful sales!

If you would like to pay thousands of dollars more for the same car you would get from Morrey Infiniti, Auto West is the place to go. The salesman and the sale manager presents you with a slimy smile and a judgemental attitude. Do not forget to dress to impress, otherwise, they will friendly suggest that you don’t need to test drive the car. The sale failed to identify any reasons to choose the Infiniti QX60 over other cars, other than that it is an ‘Infiniti’. When asked specifically why someone should choose the Infiniti QX60 over the very similarNissan Pathfinder, his only answer is that the QX60 is an Infiniti, but not everyone deserves to drive an Infiniti. Watch out for the sales tactics during negotiation such as withholding your credit card for a long time after credit check and making you wait for two hours to get an answer on an offer. They are so arrogant that they dont even bother coming up with a counter offer or any attempt to negotiate other than to try to wait it out. They made us feel like we are nuisance after walking out of the dealership. We are happy that they let us go because we end up with better price and service from Morrey Infiniti

Recently purchased 3rd vehicle from Autowest Infiniti. From Joe Craven in Sales, to Paul Gill, Sales Manager, to Mick Pierce, Fixed Operations Manager, the entire experience was excellent. In addition to receiving a good deal, "customer service" is clearly a priority at this dealership...and it shows. In fact, from the front reception representatives to the Business Office Manager, to my Service Advisor with whom I have dealt for the past several years, to the General Manager making a special point of making me feel welcome and appreciated, it was a total team effort. My sincere thanks to everyone! If youre shopping for a vehicle ...as the old "Mikey" TV commercial used to say..."try it (them); youll like it (them)!".

July 31, 2012 Just ordered a 2013 JX from Autowest Infinity and was impressed by the staffs high level of service and product knowledge. Aldrich was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and he helped me pick a package that was right for me. He was very professional and listened to what I needed. If you are considering an Infinity I highly recommend seeing Aldrich for a consultation. Sep 15, 2012 Picked up my new JX today and am extremely happy with the car!!! Lots of nice features and the car was all detailed and ready earlier than I expected. Awesome service from Aldrich and Eric once again. Will definitely return for Auto West Infiniti for my next car.

I usually dont write reviews, especially for dealerships, but after buying a used G37xS this past month, I have to say I was quite impressed with everyone at this dealership. They were very friendly, considerate and fulfilled all my requests without any hassle. The purchase was easy, and they were very helpful in discussing the details of the vehicle. Joe Craven was the sales consultant I worked with, he was outgoing, cooperative and willing to give me the best deal possible. He was very thorough in his presentation of the vehicle and really seemed to be interested in what I wanted with my purchase. Overall it was a great experience.
