On Aug 21st as I had just left Osoyoos for the 12 hour drive back I noticed a vibration in my truck. By the time I got to Princeton and finally saw a place that could possibly help me out my vehicle was vibrating badly and making noises. My blood pressure was probably super high as I had a bad feeling driving it like that, and was afraid I would be stranded on the road with my 2 children so far from home. When I pulled into Kal Tire they said they would get it in as soon as they had a free bay. One gentleman took it for a test drive and after driving for a few seconds noticed immediately that the wheels needed to be tightened. He kindly recommended to inspect it without the wheels to see if there was any further damage and to ensure that my vehicle was safe to travel in for the remaining 10 hour drive. They found that the rim holes were oblong and damaged on the wheel that was the most loose and offered to put my spare tire on for me. When my vehicle was all done and I was about to pay I was told they were not going to charge me, and it nearly brought me to tears. I was advised to stop in Merritt to get my wheels retorqued again. I could sense that the staff was truly concerned for our safety and they were so kind to us. We had even left my daughter’s Ipad on the chair after we left and immediately got a call to ask if it was ours. This experience stands out in my mind as exceptional customer service and I would like to take the time to acknowledge the staff at Princeton Kal Tire for ensuring our safety and making my day!

Long story, we were heading Osoyoos from Vancouver last Saturday but Highway 3 closed due to forest fire few mile from Ceremeos and we found out we got a flat tire when waiting, had to drive all the way back to Princeton, frustrated. I was a little worry about the cost before we get in Kal tire, you know when you in a totally strange place, you never know whats gonna happen. People in Kal tire are nice and friendly, fixed the tire as fast as they could, and then when I ready to pay them, what I heard really surprise me, "You are good to go Sir, its free, have a nice day." I couldnt believe it at first, I mean its not about the money, its a feeling. they did give us a great day, thank you very much guys, Princeton is not a strange place for us anymore.

Today while on my way through Princeton on my way to the Okanagan, I had sudden issues with my oil light. I stopped at this Kal Tire and they not only topped up my oil, but they also did a check of my car to make sure that everything was alright with it before I hit the road again- and all for no charge! Thank you very much for all of the fantastic help and I will not soon forget it!

While on vacation, our back tire developed a rattle somewhere. Brian took both back tires off, cleaned them and solved the problem - all without charge. He then gave us a voucher to present at any other Kal Tire shop to have our wheel nuts re-torqued for free (I learned that this is required after wheels have been reinstalled). Thanks Brian and Kal Tire!

Long story made short. Pickup with flat, needed help to remove old tire (stuck), and mount spare. Right at closing time on a Friday afternoon. Quickly done, would not accept payment, but instead sent me on my way with a smile. Was able to drive to Vancouver and dinner later that evening. Many, many thanks!!

... Stopped in to have a tire on our 5 the wheel trailer checked out for a leak, valve stem was faulty, it was quickly repaired, the young tire man said there is no charge for the work he did, an act of goodwill to a traveller, a very good feeling and wont be forgotten.
