Wow. I had the most negative customer service experience ever at this store. Attempting to return a TV that was never even picked up from their store (the TV was MISADVERTISED on their website, but thats a whole different story). All the staff members I encountered were either actively rude towards me or down right ignored me and hoped Id go away. Quick story time: I purchased the misadvertised TV a few days ago and realized the mistake shortly afterwards. Luckily I hadnt been able to bring the TV home with me as I needed to borrow a friends truck to pick it up, SO IT WAS STILL AT THE STORE. I called the store to confirm I could come in the next day and get my money back for the TV and I was told I could. Great! I went to the store the next day with my receipt and was pleased to see the store was not busy at all, with lots of available staff. But when I spoke to the girl behind the counter she said: "We arent doing refunds until Dec. 30th." and pointed to a hand-made sign taped to the counter. I explained that I had spoken to someone on the phone earlier who said it would not be a problem, he had a distinctive accent and I recognized his voice coming from one of the men on the floor. She then began to QUIZ me as to his name, smiling and shaking her head at me like shed caught me out in some lie. I said that I didnt remember his name but it could have been Nick? Her attitude got even worse, like a snotty teen, she said "Nick? No Nick working here!" and rushed away to speak to him. The man did not come over to speak to me right away and the girl returned to the counter to help another customer who, I overheard, she was doing a refund for! I just stood there and waited, unsure of what was happening. After only a few moments spent helping the other man the girl rushed off, without saying anything to either him or me, and returned with the man I had spoken to on the phone. He took my receipt and asked if I had picked up the TV yet ("no") and took my receipt with him into the back. Soon after, a different man came out with my receipt in hand and asked me if I was here to pick up the TV(!) I repeated that I was there for a refund. He didn’t seem to believe me that I hadn’t collected the TV yet and kept telling me they didn’t have it in the back! Not my problem. He left and the man I had spoken to on the phone returned, ignored me, handed the receipt to the girl at the front and just said "Refund". She angrily took the receipt and ignored me. Two people had now formed a line up to the front counter while I had been running around the store with the other employees, so I took my place in line behind them. A few minutes later the girl behind the counter yelled: "You need to put your card in the machine if you want your money back". I looked around and assumed she was talking to me and stepped up in front of the other people and put my card in the machine. The other people in line looked pissed off and I dont blame them, she hadn’t spoken to them or me once. One of the people in line finally said: “No one is telling us who the hell is getting served here!” This comment was ignored by all the staff. The customer from earlier was STILL waiting and clearly having his own issues. Once she had finally finished helping him he took his receipt from her and said "You guys suck here!" and angrily left. I feel you man. After my card was accepted I waited while three staff members continued to ignore me. Finally I asked "Are we good here?" "No, wait a minute" was the response from the girl. She then handed me a receipt while looking a completely different direction and then walked away without a word. I will be holding on to my refunded receipt for a few months just to make sure nothing goes wrong. I completely DO NOT TRUST the people at that store. Not only were many of them incompetent, but they were also rude and short tempered with their customers. Every customer I saw in line looked angry too. I made a point of saying: "Thank you, and thanks for all the communication!" on the way out. Not surprisingly, no one responded.

Attempted to shop online to get the sale on the flyer that is ending tomorrow. No matter what i did, including creating a new account to get the flyer price, waiting on phone for customer rep at store for over 30 mins, did further research, my advise to anyone is take the flyer and go to Best Buy to get even a better rate of 10% of their advertised rate. It was a 15.6" Lenovo laptop in the flyer ending September 10. Was advertised at 400.00 off. Over and over i attempted to add to cart to get the advertised rate of 700 something.....How much does it irritate you that their IT dept could not do their job, then further, do not have a Chat, email, etc., to help you with purchase, or 1-800 number with on-line order, then to have to wait on hold for that long!!! What kind of company is this? Are they sitting in a huge warehouse with stacks of paper doing everything manual? All companies who are online need email or chat or a 1-800 number to complete a purchase (nothing on the site or to complete transaction). So anyone doing search why not to shop at Visions....or Customer Service at Visions....the response is there is not! They apparently do not want customers moving forward, now think about this...if something was to go wrong with item...imagine the service you would get then.....NOTHING!! DO NOT SHOP AT VISIONS!!!! I ALSO BELIEVE that the cart not wanting to change the price to the flyer price was a scam! I tested small items, and they were fine! Not anything higher priced...imagine that scam!

Nothing but problems from this location. Bought a blackberry playbook from there, less then 2 weeks later the charger crapped out. They said they couldnt do anything because apparently I damaged it. Dont understand how a short circuiting charger is my fault, but whatever. Went in there next time for a stereo for the car. They gave me a price over the phone and it was a little over 500. When I arrived they said it would cost upwards of 900 dollars to install because they had to cut my dash and install a bunch of other stuff. Then when I chose a different one it brought the price back down. They took the money out of my hand before I was 100 percent sure about it then said they couldnt give it back. After a good threat to call the head office I had my money back. Then walked out. Next time I dealt with a salesman and i cant remember his name. He tried getting me to finance a tv, thankfully i read the fine print. They wanted to charge me 30% extra each month just for the financing. I walked out because i knew this guy was scamming me. This time I went in and was going to buy another tv. A nice 60 inch. After standing there for 45 minutes ignored the same guy who tried ripping me off the previous time decided to come over to me. He didnt know anything about the tv. Then was rude. I walked out. Never returning there again.
