I was recommended to Tyner Automotive by one of my friends who have been going there for many years and were always happy with the service and had a very high opinion of the shop. I have a 2004 Ford Excursion which I had at 2 different local shops, as well as a local dealership. I had a few repairs done, but no one could figure out why my check engine light was on and flashing, and why I had no power. After the visit to the dealership, I was told that I need a new engine, as there was something wrong inside the engine. This would cost me around $4000! I wanted to get another opinion on the issue, so I decided to bring my vehicle to Tyner Automotive. Soon after I dropped the vehicle off, the owner, Roman, called me and said that I dont need a new engine, and that the only thing that needed to be replaced were some ignition parts. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how it would cost. The cost of the repair that Tyner did was only a small fraction of what the dealership quoted me on. Ever since, I have only brought my vehicle to Tyner Automotive, and I always highly recommend this shop to anybody, whether it be my friends or my family. They have always been honest with me and their service is very quick. Thank you Tyner!

Been going to them for years, their honesty and explanations are what keep me coming back. I enjoy learning about my vehicle anyway I can and that I know they will not say something is wrong if its not. Specifically I had a vehicle I brought to them before and its CV joints were gone they made a horrible grinding noise. A similar noise in my current vehicle was being made and I thought it was the same thing and told him such. After my oil change and test drive he told me it had to do with something else (explanation eludes me at the time.) Thats how you know you have a mechanic for life.

As a former automotive tech, i know both sides of the story which is why i chose to leave a review. Its very hard to find a trusting shop that you can actually leave your vehicle at and not come back to a huge bill and the problems not fixed. One of the very few select shops i will ever trust or recommend to my family/friends. The techs know their stuff, top of the line equipment and reasonable prices. Great bunch of guys to deal with and i wouldnt hesitate to send anyone there.

Couple weeks ago at noon on Friday the starter died on my truck, I called Tyner up and they were able to fit me in right away and charged me less then what they quoted and fixed another issue I had. Fantastic service I will be going back!!!
