This dealership is no good. I spoke to a guy named james lai, a manager with poor communication skill. I brought my car here for the crossmember recall and was told it would take 4 hours to complete. Luckily I left my dash cam on and found out they were doing more than just the recall. First they took all 4 tires off for some reason, next they opened the hood and did something and finally lifted the car. Aside from lifting, this has nothing to do with the cross member which is located under the car so why would they do all of this? Basically all they did in 4 hours that was related to the recall was spray black undercoating on the crossmember which literally took 10 minutes! Lol I could have done that myself with a $3 can of undercoat. So what happened on the other 3 hours 50 minutes while I waited? They were multitasking around 3 other cars thinking they can do the job faster while my car sat up near the ceiling waiting to be worked on, good job. After it was finished, they parked it outside so it could be washed. The tall kid in blue coveralls washed my car. In the camera view, he was washing really slow with a brush as in he either doesnt like his job or doesnt know what he was doing. The kid vacuumed the inside too which was unnecessary since I just had it cleaned. After I got the car back I noticed there were some scratches all over the paint from the carwash brush and $4 worth of coins was missing inside the car, assuming the kid either pocketed it or just plain vacuumed without care. The so called service manager james lia came out, gave me the 21 point inspection sheet with many spelling and grammer mistakes, including my name even thought I gave him my drivers license. He told me I needed 4 struts, 4 wheel alignment with 4 new tires and a transmission rebuilt with 8qrt of ATF J2 transmission fluid, whats going on?? Obviously I rejected it since its an old common cash grab scam tactic and I know its not true as I work on my own car. The worst part was they "topped up" my washer fluid with straight water. It was 1/2 full when I drove there and the color was close to clear instead of blue so I had to drain the whole thing out. A week later I was receiving letters, emails and phone calls about trading in my 2013 Outlander so I can save on a new 2016 since they are in dire need of "used quality cars for their used inventory". They offered me 12K even though I payed 30K 3 years ago. Its just so sad and pathetic. I wont be bothering with these guys ever again. I know there is another recall (again??) that involves the wiper, ...right thats not urgent and Ill bring it in to another mitsubishi place when it stops working. TL:DR I would avoid these guys. Its so shady they changed their name from Go mitsubishi to Trycity mitsubishi, thats a red flag. Too bad I cant rate a 0 star. * Update It looks like james lai, the scrub manager is no more. I received another letter about another recall involving the wiper. First the wiper link joint and now the wiper motor... Even with a new service manager, I still wouldnt bring it there since the same technicians and car wash boy could still be working there. I know for a fact that they are sloppy with poor time management so I wouldnt take a chance and just bring my car to another place.

What an experience....a must read! I had to take my Mitsubish Lancer in due to a safety recall and sure enough, they suggested an additional repair at my cost. After 3 days I noticed a huge oil puddle in my garage. They had forgotten to seal the gasket cover they had replaced. I had to clean up the oil in my garage and by that time I had lost enough oil that this could have seriously damaged my car. Since they sealed the gasket cover my car has been strangely vibrating through the pedals and seats. I took the car back numerous times and was always told that everything was fine with the car. I eventually went back again and was told the rpm was too low (which was never the case), however they manually adjusted the rpm without checking with me. Since that day (and the car is still vibrating), my rpm has been going up to 2000rpm in neutral and park whenever the defrost fan setting is on. I took the car back again. They checked the car and told me that they could not find anything (as always) and told me that they had not done anything on the car. When I drove away, I noticed that they had disconnected my battery since all the programmed radio channels were gone. The next two days I had trouble starting my car. On the 3rd day my car was dead! They told me that I would need a new battery. Up to that point, my car had been starting on the second I would turn the key. I cant shake the thought that they are messing around with my car to do extra repairs and/or to get me to buy a new car. The rpm issue (and vibrations) are still there and I took it in again. It has been over 8 months now that the car has been vibrating. They replaced another part at my cost and sent me off. Driving home, the rpm was skyrocking again so I went right back, again. I was told that they will look after it, and was also told that I could consider buying a new one. My car was in top condition prior to my visit to Mitsubishi. Every repair at this dealership has created more damage! My Mitsubishi is still with them. It has been 4 weeks that I have not had my car, and they say they cannot find what is wrong, even though they created all of the issues. To reverse the manual adjustment of the rpm is apparently not possible. The possible solution now is another expensive repair, which they cannot guarantee will resolve the issue. They however should know as they should be the experts for Misubishi cars, and they also have all records on what they have done on the car to see how they could have possibly created so much damage. Routine maintenance may be fine at this place but be careful when it comes to repairs!! The only reason I continued to take my car back to them is for them to fix these issues under warrantee, which has not happened. And just as a side note, they had also lost my insurance papers that were in the glove compartment when my car was in for one of the repairs. I only found out by coincidence and had to go and get new ones. The only reason they get two stars is the fact that they have given me a loaner during the repairs.

PLEASE BE CAREFULL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP: These dealership doses not keep their word. We were looking at a used Toyota Tacoma that they had. On the first visit the salesman Daniel Diaz, were told that the back up camera wasn’t working but would be fixed, I also noticed that there was only one set of keys on the ring. I asked if they had the spare set and was told that they did have the other set at the other location. Drove the truck, liked it and started talking trade in on an Audi. We were given a min. value but maybe more after they looked at the car. The next day we took in our trade in for them to give us a value for trade. Daniel spoke with his manager and came back telling us that the min. he told us was the best they could do. We agreed to a $22,000.00 difference. Daniel then went off to get the paperwork done. He came back just to confirm that this was all before tax dollars. Yes we knew that and told him we understood taxes were on top of that. Daniel came back a while later with the paper work for us to sign. Guess what?? The numbers were $22,880.00 !!. We pointed out that the there was $880 added to the price. Daniel explained that he meant $22,880.00 even though we talked $22,000.00. we talked this out and agreed to pay the additional $880 with the understanding they would clean up the tailgate, put on the Toyota deals that were missing and they had the spare key. My mistake that I trusted Daniel that he was a man of his word.. we took the truck home that day with the understanding the next week we would bring it back to complete the thing needed and they would find the spare key. Two weeks went by till they took the truck back for the day only to do a portion of the things to be done. then after that it took another Three weeks to get it back in to complete (WE HAD TO CALL).Still not done after that. We had to take it back a third time and waste another afternoon. After all this, and asking for the other set of keys we were told that they didn’t have the spare key and they would get us one due to the fact that they spent to much on the other things and didn’t want to spend any more on this deal. I spoke with Catis Gulbis to try and clear this up but after a heated conversation he told me to get out of his office and we will get nothing else out of him. I then called the General Manager Jamie Arens to talk about this issue and He clearly told me that nothing would be done about this and to go away… THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars !!
