I dont like buying vehicles, I find it unnecessarily time consuming at the dealership, and I dont have all day to spend with the salesperson. However, Brodie and the other sales people at Pacific Chevrolet were very helpful, providing what we needed with minimal of our time spent at the dealership. I was working with a limited time budget and a limited amount of patience they were great at recognizing this and making sure everything was handled in a very professional manner. In addition to a purchase of a new vehicle, I have to add that their service department is top notch. They know who I am, take care of my needs, and treat every concern I might have as important. As well, they provide information that will go a long way to the life of my vehicle.

I live in Parksville, and had a minor fender bender and chose Pacific Chevrolet in Port Alberni to do my ICBC Repair at their facility. Gerald and the rest of the service folks were nothing short of first class, I had my truck booked in and repaired in only 4 days and to my surprise when I got it back it was completely detailed inside and out, pretty easy to see why people use the Body Shop at Pacific Chevrolet.

The dealership as a whole offers a wide variety of vehicles for for everyones tastes, and if they dont have it on the lot they will do their best to find what you are looking for.
