My family and I were hustling back from Tofino to catch a ferry and stopped in Port Alberni to gas up and check fluids. We were low on oil so decided to put a couple quarts in. Long story short the cap covering the oil port was dropped and disappeared into the engine. We pulled up to Jiffy Lube in a bit of a hurry to catch our ferry. They searched for the cap, then quickly went to Plan B, which involved running over to the auto parts store and purchasing a cap for us. In the meantime all our fluids were topped off, tires inflated and vitals checked. We were on the road in 10 minutes. Thanks to Jerry, Thomas, and Sarah! Wow!!!!

Called them with some questions about a 97 Caravan that I just bought. They gave me direct & honest answers, and they said I could come in and they would take a look free of charge. I took it in to get my trsnsmission pan gasket replaced. I asked them a bunch of unrelated questions about my vehicle, and got great feedback! I will definitely be a return customer. Great service!
