Be careful dealing with this stealership. These guys are awful liars. There are two guy who run this place, aaron and another guy. They tried to misrepresent a car that I was interested in. I went there to check out a car for my daughter, it was a 2002 Acura EL that was listed on their website. The lot was empty except for one rough looking guy washing cars near the shed. Nobody came out to see me so I had to go inside. I saw the two guys hiding behind the tall counter top... I inquired about the 2002 Acura EL. The aaron guy gave me 2 keys and a remote that doesnt work. He went back to what he was doing as I came out the door. I checked the piece of paper on the dash and it says no accident and it only has 129,000KM. I started the car and the first thing I noticed was 73,700KM on the odometer. I checked the speedometer just to make sure its not in American Miles. I shouldve known since they usually post pictures of the mileage except for this car. I went back inside to notify them about the mileage and aaron quickly replied with "the odometer was replaced by Acura". He then said I should check with an Acura dealership to verify the repair. I lost the motivation to test drive it as they already committed a fraudulent act. I wanted to see the carproof report anyways so I asked if he can give it to me. The aaron guy went for the black cabinet to get the papers but he didnt give it to me... He just started saying stuff thats written on the paper, "no accident, has the proof of odometer change" but I cant take his word since he didnt give me that papers even though I asked for it? Right off the bat as he quickly flipped thought the pages I saw an accident claim on the rear bumper for $490-ish. Are you serious? These guys said in writing the car has no accident but they lied! I wouldnt let my daughter drive a shady car from a shady stealership. I would give a zero if I could. * Update Its been two months now and the car is still there. In an attempt to sell the car, they tried to improve the Acura EL by adding an aero kit and replaced the odometer with 120,502 km in it assuming everything came from another car in the junk yard (where would you get 14 year old parts?). Aside from that everything is the same including the overpriced tag of 5950.

Aaron and Zabi were extraordinary. From the minute I walked onto the lot I was treated with a professional touch. Aaron assessed my needs, without pressure he gave me options, relevant information and then gave me space to do my own thing. This first vehicle I looked at had a flat battery and I thought just another car dealership with crappy options but it turned out far from that. I found an SUV that we went on to purchase. Having just moved to Canada with a young family from the other side of the world we had ALOT of questions, and their service and generosity was EXCEPTIONAL. At the time of final purchase it would seem a staff member had made a considerable mistake the days before under-quoting us on a warranty, but Zabi insisted on giving us what was quoted at a considerable loss to themselves. They accommodated our young boy running around, gave us all waters on a hot day, had extra keys cut and in all aspects went the extra mile. Id thoroughly recommend you try them to see if they have something in stock that suits. I believe them when they say If you have any problems, let us know and well see how we can help, even if its just about your move to Canada. Thoroughly appreciated.

Spent a lot of time thoroughly looking at a vehicle there... took it out for a long test drive and was left alone and given space for the most part... car had some minor problems (7/10 vehicle) and dealer was willing to the major issues and offer slightly less than full asking price. However, as soon as I asked about financing and pointed out some more issues with the vehicle the dealer (Aaron) basically cut the sale short and said "have a nice day, let me know if you are approved for a loan"... which I found to be quite rude. I will probably be taking my business elsewhere solely based off of his abrupt rudeness because quite frankly... I dont really need a car, and I dont really need financing (was just asking about options)!

I was looking to trade my car for an suv straight across. The dealer I was originaly dealing with did not follow up on their end of the bargain so I quickly looked up kijiji found that cypress auto brokers had the exact vehicle I had driven up do trade but in better condition. I called them and soon I had a deal. They gave me new tires for the suv as the tires were worn. They fed me and the wife as we had a long day and had come 4 hrs away to trade. They gave me an extended warrantee to give me piece of mind and followed through with all of there promises! If you want to buy from good people this is the place over 30 yrs of customer service experience and it shows!! Thanks again.

Amazing experience with this dealership! I purchased a vehicle from Aaron in July 16 and was given a fair deal & treated respectfully throughout the entire process! 3 months later the alternator died & the support Aaron continued to give me was exceptional! He went above & beyond to do what was right! He took great care of me & helped get the car fixed & back on the road & shared the cost more than fairly! I highly recommend Cypress Auto if you are looking to buy a car! Hes a stand up guy! Great dealership for sure!! I bought a car to Cypress. They were very patient and provided me all the data I needed. As I dont leave on the main land they brought the car to the mechanic i asked them for the inspection, they picked me up from the ferry in Vancouver and let me drive and play with the car. It was a warranty of 6 months on the car and they provided me a sensor that broke during this timeline.They always answered my calls even after the sale, and supported me...a lot of trust in our relationship, and the car is a good quality. I will recommend them and will go to them again if i need to buy another used car. Thanks Dan

Quite simply the best car buying experience I have ever had. Sales rep was knowledgeable and courteous. Information was provided as requested and the entire vehicle purchase process was a positive experience. Aaron worked extra hard to find the best vehicle for me and he was extraordinary in his efforts and results. Wonderful experience with these guys after my first and only car got totalled in an awful accident. I had never bought a newer car before and they were very kind and helpful about how the process works and offered to pay for repairs like a new windshield and battery on the 2012 Kia Rio I eventually bought. Super helpful and kind and always ready to go that extra mile for their customers. Definitely try these guys out of you are scared of how other big time dealerships work.
