Back in July of 2014, I had brought my ford f350 v10 into their shop, due to all other shops being busy and booked up for weeks in town. I was in need of spark plugs being changed, they said they could do it knowing it was a ford and v10s are a bit tricker to work on plug wise (If i was back home on Vancouver island i woulda done them myself) Needless to say, In May 2015, ive had 25000km on it since the plug changes. And well where do I begin with Honda? They didnt even touch the back 2 spark plugs, when I gave them 10 hi performance plugs to use for the motor. They didnt put anti seize on them so it sucked getting them out. And main reason I just changed them, is that 1 plug decided to Pop out of the block while driving, stripping the threading on the way out, All because they cross threaded that plug in there. All plugs werent torqued to Spec. 1k into new block work and rethreading later at the Local Ford here in Victoria, my truck is back up. Honda in Fort St. John, if you say you can take on a job and the customer tells you what he wants (anti seize on threads and change all 10 plugs, not 8) than either do so or say you cant do the job because clearly you cant do the job right to begin with. Hopefully people havent had the same issues, blocks aint cheap to fix! waste of money for me!

I have dealt with many auto dealerships in my life so when my husband and I walked into Revolution Honda in Fort St. John yesterday I expected the typical cliché; a swarm of pushy salespeople; vultures, really. We were both very pleasantly surprised when we met a polite young man named Chris Wheeler with whom we spend most of the day yesterday and good part of today, learning ALL about there is to know about the Honda Ridgelines! I was trading an older model in for a new one! There was so much to learn, so many new features; and Chris took us through them one by one with knowledge and patience. We got the vehicle we wanted; and more; and Chris and the rest of the staff; from his very friendly co-workers (not vultures!), they all came and introduced themselves to us, including the Service Manager Drew; the General Manager Peter, the Finance Specialist Shawn and Natasha; by the time we left Revolution Honda this afternoon we both felt like we were a part of a new-found family. Thank you all for making this experience a very pleasant one.

Aug 5th 2016. A quick review of one of the Honda staff with whom I have had a short encounter over the phone. I was new to town and was looking for some car service information. I called Honda up thinking this is one of the most reliable, knowledgable place with great customer service. The girl who answered my call, Cian or something close to that, made me think twice about coming. Not only she was not knowledgable about anything I asked her, her manner over the phone was quite rude and unprofessional. I was caught by a great surprise by her. First of all she did not bother to take time to answer my questions but she seemed to have guessed at all of them. When I questioned her answers, she gave me attitude over the phone. Not to mention, before addressing my call, I could hear her yelling perhaps at another coworker. I was literally very disappointed and rather take my car to Grande Prairie that has much better service than Revolution Honda

Tho giving me an appointment at 12 noon then when I was there they apologized and shifted my appointmet to 4 afternoon .. they offered me a shuttle to and from anywhere I would have liked .. plus I asked them to do many stuff based on an inspection by Canadian tire .. however they didnt do all the things because they found out not all of that stuff are actually needed for the time being .. which I really appreciated and also the technician Mike was so professional and expert with what he was doing and he explained to me what was done and what else needed to be done soon .. and they charge almost 139 per labour hour .. but I find it reasonable compared to their professional maintenance level.

Dont go there .mechanic and service manager are coming and going and every time new person and They dont care about u .I have bad experience with them spent more than $3000 on vehicle still same problem as it was day 1 and now they said its not same problem what we fixed but other Honda mechanic in PG and Surrey they diagnose same problem but as I said they dont care .I just tell all my friend not to go there .I told my friend to buy new Honda from PG not from here more deals good service and mainly satisfaction over there PLEASE PLEASE SONT GO TO FORT ST JOHN HONDA Dont go please they will ruin ur vehicle and money and you . I gave 1 star only for the reception people

I stopped in the dealership hoping to check why my motorcycle had a loose drive belt. Unfortunately the rear drive needle and roller bearings were shot. I was 2,000 kms from home with 3 other friends. The staff at the dealership were extremely helpful from the receptionist through to Peter the General Manager. Drew ( great parts guy) spent considerable time to locate a bearing and they also allowed me to use a spot in their shop to determine what was wrong and what parts I needed. Thanks to all of you who assisted.

The customer service at this Honda auto service was phenomenal- they went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe to continue driving (had issues on a road trip across Canada) even though they were about to close for the day. Tyson was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified what was wrong with my car and fixed it promptly! Danielle (at the front) was super kind and efficient at her job! I really appreciate it!!!

Revolution Honda went way beyond in customer service in helping me to get my 2016 Harley back on the road. due to a flat tire. They searched and found a tire arranged transportation for me to pickup the tire. And lastly arranged to have it installed after hours. I was back on the road home, from Anchorage Alaska. Thanks to Tracy in parts, Peter, and Drew for all their help. Great Dealer might just buy a Honda!

Me and my friend we recently been able to buy the car we love, and all thi happened because of the Val (sales person). he helped us a lot to find the perfect car for. I didnt expected any staff member to go very high level in order to make us satisfy with the purchase. He even helped us to fit the payments in budget. Just did I trade in with Honda this last week and the customer was amazing. They heard me out on my budget and what I was looking for in a vehicle and they hit the nail right on the head. I walked out with a smile on my face and driving away in a brand new SUV. Best customer service Ive seen in there in the last 3 years! All the staff was extremely friendly and chatty!
