My jeep is less than 2 years old and its been in the shop there more times than Im proud of. The most recent of which, I was told the parts would be here next day, so I left my jeep there with them. It wasnt until AFTER I called THEM, that Im told the parts are not here, and that it may be another 2 weekdays before the parts are in. Im in sales and it literally costs me money every hour I am not able to meet with my clients. When I ask if there is a loaner, Im told no, unless I want to pay a daily rate for it. This is quite literally the only time Ive ever been told by a dealership here in town "no, no loaner, unless you want to pay a daily rate for it". That all said, my experience buying from there was seamless, and Mike was fantastic. Unfortunately, hes moved on, so I wont be returning for future vehicle purchases.

I can honestly say this place has seemed to turn right around. The sales staff was great I went in there expecting to be jerked around and that they would try to talk me into buying a vehicle I didnt want. They heard what I had to say and worked hard to get me a deal that worked for me. I cant say enough good things about Chris and Ryan even after I walked in there being stand offish and tbh I was a little rude they remained professional and seemed to actually care about what I wanted. Love my new truck and I will definitely be back the next time I purchase one.

Took 55 min to do a simple tire rotation 2 mechanics walked around swinging there arms while the one doing the rotation walked around like he was lost half the time. Second time coming here and been extremely disappointed. First time the took the break caliper off and when re installed it only finger tightened the bolts which then caused the caliper to come off on the bottom and destroy the rim. Luckally I was going slow when it came off.

The worst service I have ever experienced! The communication from the service department on the status of things is shameful. They couldnt care how long you sit there and wait. It would be helpful if they just kept you informed with what is going On so you could make other arangments.

Worst service ever. I took it in for a recall and had to pay out of pocket to fix what they messed up. The service manager couldnt even give me the courtesy of looking away from his computer and giving me eye contact. Would advise anyone to take their business elsewhere.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in over 40 years of being a loyal dodge owner. The higher prices I was expecting but gong show in the service department has left me totally frustrated and wishing I had read the reviews before booking the appointment.

Does not take fleet cards for servicing. First it was three days for parts Now its a week for parts...I would suggest sitting in service at 8am. Listen to all the issues. Then decide if they are worth the bother
